We rested at the hotel from May 24 to May 31.2 adults and a child 1 year 10 months old. We flew with Join UP. A ticket was taken the day before departure for 350 USD. per person + 70 c. u. child. We arrived at the hotel in the morning at 9-30, but everyone was immediately warned that check-in was only after 14-00. Even those who paid extra for 12 USD. per day for "sea view" - also waited for the specified time. So we sat in the lobby for half a day waiting. Considering that we left the house at 2 am, we wanted to have some rest. The stroller was good, the child fell asleep in it while sitting. The bracelets were put on at 11:00, but they were not allowed to have breakfast. Vacationers suggested that in the bar, to the right of the reception, you can take snacks and warm milk for children. They settled us near the pool in room 7127 overlooking the lawn - and we liked that after dinner there was a shadow and no one walked under the windows - you could safely let the child run on the grass without worrying that he would run into the pool. I liked the territory of the hotel, swimming pools for every taste - with and without heating, a water park for children and adults. In the hotel, although there is a children's water park - there is no children's menu, there was nothing to feed the child. They were interrupted by melon, jelly and milk. We didn’t go to the sea before lunch at all, because. they said there were no sunbeds and there was nothing to breathe, so we spent time in the water park with great pleasure. The child enjoyed riding the slides and running around the children's pool. The hotel has a bathroom for the disabled, but there is no access to the sea, there are several flights of steps. We had a baby stroller, which saved us from moving in the heat over a large area, but you can’t get to the sea - you need to carry a stroller up the stairs. And there are no umbrellas closer to the sea, but the children play on the seashore. Room cleaning is regular, there were no big queues in the bars, but in the dining room for food there is a constant queue. During the week, only once stood in line for fried eggs and pancakes, more - the nerves could not stand it. When 10-15 people stand and take for 2-3 people, you can stand for an hour....In the lobby in the bar they poured until 4-00 in the morning and the companies constantly sat there, but they first turned off the air conditioners so that they would “cut down” faster ))). Ala carte restaurants - not happy, in Italian they poured themselves soup and took vegetables, but there was delicious tiramisu, in the barbecue they ordered a table for 3 people, but they brought 2 desserts, they said that the child was not allowed... ?! ? The fish restaurant had king prawn, fish fillet, fish soup, fried fish, but without dessert and the entrance was only on the steps... Every day they gave 4 types of ice cream from 15 to 17-00. On the beach in the afternoon there were french fries, snacks and hamburgers .
In general, we didn’t have a bad rest, the child liked it, he enjoys watching the video, but I still wouldn’t advise going there with small children, so as not to think about what to feed and how to get to the beach. Many did not go to the sea because of the road, but spent time at the pool, water park and in the lobby. On the one hand, it’s good when there is a large territory, but on the other hand, someone will still go far to something. Those that are closer to the sea - uphill constantly climb to the restaurant. And climb stairs to many buildings.
The reef is beautiful, the fish too, but the pontoon is broken.

We were picked up from the hotel at 5 in the morning, a lot of people left, but the guide didn’t order breakfast for us, and even in the evening they said that it was too late to order, if half an hour earlier, you could do it yourself... If you fly with Join UP - take care of yourself in advance yourself. Don't count on a guide.
Returning home - I want to go to the sea again....Considering the price of the tour, the price-quality ratio is normal. Thanks to our daddy for organizing our holiday. ))
