We recently returned from Egypt, I would like to share my impressions of the Interplaza hotel. In general, the hotel does not make a bad impression: a large well-groomed area, beautiful green spaces, a good beach. But service and maintenance leave much to be desired. The biggest minus of the hotel - FOOD is worse than in the dining room! The food is monotonous (chicken, rice, mashed potatoes), everything is not tasty: the meat is overcooked, dry, the grilled vegetables are well burnt, the fish is equated with such spices that it is simply not possible to eat. CHOOSE TO EAT NOTHING FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH, BUT ONLY FOR DINNER (SOMETIMES) SOMETHING IS EDIBLE! This is absolutely no exaggeration, I write as it is! Vegetables and fruits are generally in short supply, if you come earlier, maybe you will have time to take something. Vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits: bananas, (1 time there were apples, pears), dates. For breakfast, an underdone omelette, burnt cold toast and that's it! Neither sausage nor cheese is impossible. We were with a child, there was practically nothing to feed him! There is no porridge or soup (there was actually soup, but it was really impossible to eat it - it looked like wallpaper paste, exactly the same consistency, color and smell) It turned out that there was no baby food at all in the hotel! From baking only puff pastry. Fresh juices are paid - 3 dollars!
They also told us very nicely that you can order, for free, the "Italian" and "sea" menu in a separate restaurant. This is a complete scammer! These menus are all the same food from the main canteen. Same undercooked pasta with chicken and impossible-to-taste squid with carrots! I'm talking about service in general.
And this is a 5* hotel!?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS HOTEL WITH SMALL CHILDREN! There is no proper food for them, no normal playground or animation. There are no animations for adults either. You are on your own and entertain yourself and your children by yourself. This is such a 5* hotel!
The hotel can only be recommended to those who go on vacation without children, want to lose weight and love diving (a beautiful reef with a huge variety of fish).
