According to the dates of our holiday, we ended up at the hotel for the May holidays. Anex tour. The hotel was filled to capacity (1200 people) and 90% Russian speakers. With such initial data, you can spoil any vacation in any hotel. The staff is tormented by constant claims and rudeness of tourists. Lines, pre-booked sunbeds and tables can be easily occupied during your absence, drunkenness and night noise - these are not the disadvantages of the hotel, but the Russo-tourist style of relaxation.
We had a great rest, despite all of the above.
I will describe the main points and the compromises we found:

- the hotel is beautiful, buildings in the Greek style, located on terraces, many flights of stairs (which makes it easier for lovers to eat food) and climbs - for the payload of lazy relaxation. Unfortunately, this is the only thing that can be done well, since the exercises and games from the animation team are unprofessional. Eight blocks, located on two sides of the reception. The one further from the sea is a Russian village. (Unfortunately, compatriots, both at home and on vacation, do not respect the human right to silence and rest. The mentality is based on rattling doors, dirty dishes on the landing, hanging "do not disturb" signs, night noise, etc. - in general, the village is separated). Each block has its own pool. We settled down in block number 8 on the second floor. There are no complaints about the room, nor the view, nor the cleaning. Moreover, here is the largest pool, elongated almost in a straight line for ~ 50 meters. For me, it's the perfect place to swim in the morning. Behind the block are water slides. Due to the lack of a license, the slides were not put into operation.

Needless to say - the water is wonderful, rich in flora and fauna, good for health, warms up well. Swimming, snorkeling and diving are pure pleasure. Many boats from other hotels anchored nearby and those who wished to go scuba diving - our group of hotels has a very beautiful reef. In the morning (8-9 hours), a huge Napoleon fish visits the beach (for reference: up to two meters, weighing up to 190 kg, makes contact with a person), a giant moray eel swims (up to two meters), gathered a full house - which only has a positive effect on the emotional component of the holiday. Snorkeling will add to the experience of the unimaginable colors of both the corals themselves and the fish that inhabit it.
- regarding sunbeds and beach service. He took his permanent place at 6.20. By 7 o'clock the first and second lines are practically busy. Towels can be obtained from 7.0 to 7.15 after queuing. From 6.45 was the first. The beach is cleaned in three. But rather, it is he who clogs up with a five, despite the presence of ballot boxes. The beach is served by Amed, a nice guy who is ready to help find a free sunbed for free for someone who did not take up space in the morning. The beach bar is served by waiters from the fish restaurant. Unfortunately, the service is boorish, unsanitary, etc. Crockery - disposable cups, filled in half, if you do not insist on full. Ideally, bring your own dishes (you should wash the stocked large plastic cocktail glass yourself and ask to fill it completely). Toilets are clean - cleaning once an hour.

The arrival of new arrivals suggests that the evening was a success - there are no places, a crowd of people with large plates filled to capacity with everything that is presented for the evening dinner. A table on the veranda (in the hall air-conditioned) took care of us two hours before dinner, i. e. at 17 o'clock. There were no problems for lunch or breakfast.

I don’t know how much this is accepted in Europe and lat. Our carriers saved the options in America, but is it worth it to describe the whole circus, rudeness, lack of culture shown in relation to ourselves and others, both before and after the rest. The mere fact that the commander of the ship is forced to warn about the return of the aircraft to the parking lot and calling the police in order to calm the passengers... There are no words. Contrary to popular belief that they do not feed and you can only carry hand luggage - they are fed, watered and 20 kg for each luggage are ready to be taken on board.
As a result, from the second day we successfully learned how to bypass all the weak points in order not to get into conflict situations and had a great time the rest of the time. It is necessary to establish contact with the staff, because the superior attitude towards Russians affects the quality of service (tips do not solve the problem).
