We went with the tour operator Tez tour, we sell this hotel as 5 *, but in Russia it is 4 *, which in reality is true.
The hotel is very large, the agency immediately said this and offered to buy a room with a sea view, and not the usual standard, since there is no certainty where exactly you will be accommodated and there is a chance to go to the sea through the huge territory of the hotel. Yes, and the standards at that time were all sorted. We flew from Windrose, the flight was delayed only back. We settled in a room that was very far from the sea view, in front of the roof of the buildings and only a narrow strip of the sea in the distance. We went to the reception to figure it out, without scandal they explained why we chose a room with a view and what they offered is very different from our ideas. As always, they turned on the frost and said that the rooms closest to the sea are a completely different category and so on. extra money family room, I immediately refused and insisted on relocation. They offered another room, which also did not quite match what we paid for, but it suited us very well, because it overlooked the children's pool and the playground near the mini club, where our child hung out until dark.
It takes 5 minutes to go to the sea, the beach is excellent, on the one hand it is made in three levels. There were always sun loungers, but we were not always lucky with towels. We went to the beach immediately after breakfast, so we had no problems with towels, but who came later - they were gone. The hotel area is very green and beautiful. We didn't really like the reef at the hotel, we were in Hurghada last year, it may sound implausible, but the reefs there were steeper. Here, a large reef surface is already dead or close to it. The reef at the Continental is better and it is also worth swimming in the other direction. There are a lot of living creatures - stingrays, moray eels - a common thing.

The food is excellent, very varied, fewer people in the restaurant on the ground floor. There were queues for lunch and dinner, so we didn’t go to the beginning, but a little later.
An excellent hotel doctor, I went to him with a guide, I had an allergy to the sun for the first time, very pleasant and really helped.
We went to the pyramids as it should be, an excellent excursion, it’s a pity only they drag a lot around the shops.
Diving bought on the beach - I do not advise. It wasn’t the first time I dived, but I felt so insecure the first time. Not very reliable equipment, it’s better to buy from guides, although it’s a little more expensive, but it’s safer for yourself.
Special thanks to the animation team, especially Nadia from Italy and Martina from the Baltics. The kids simply adored them, and this despite the fact that they practically did not speak Russian. Thanks to Sasha from Poltava, I was very pleased, such a polyglot and a very interesting young man, very pleasant, it’s a pity that his state of health forced him to leave work.
In general, the animators were great!
We had a great rest, returned with a wonderful mood and full of impressions. Of course, I liked Charm much more than Hurghada.
