Worst service, food ever seen. We always arrive at all hotels early in the morning. Usually they paid extra ...$ and we were settled early. But this time, something went wrong. We were at the hotel at 8 am. The keys to the room were given to us at 12:00. Upon arrival at the room, it turned out that other people were already occupied there and had been living for more than a day!! ! We were asked to wait back. As a result, the keys to the room received at 14:40. The room, like in almost all Egyptian hotels, the furniture is not much shabby, but you can live in printsepe. The safe did not work in the room, and the light in the bathroom did not work, the TV did not work. All the nuances were resolved within 2 hours. Moreover, one will come, scratch his head, leave, then the second will come ....and so several times ....We decided that these are all trifles and everything will be fine in the future. We went down for dinner and then a shock ....People snatched food like crazy. It was possible to stand in line for meat for about 30-40 minutes. The choice of food is very limited...
The waiter is worn alone and does not have time for anything. Tables are not wiped. In order to take clean forks, it was necessary to tell him 5-6 times, but there is nothing to be surprised at, because he is alone and physically does not have time for anything. And one he worked all 10 days of our holiday. Huge shortage of staff!! ! In other hotels, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks were brought for lunch and dinner. This was not the case here. An impromptu "bar" (ordinary table) was created. Drinks were poured mainly into disposable glasses (in other hotels, disposable utensils were used only on the beach). The food is the biggest negative of this hotel. For 10 days of our vacation: Breakfasts 7:00-10:00 (standard for all hotels, but by 9:30, only eggs and rolls, sausages, sausages and cheese were taken apart)

Lunches from 13:00-15:00 (We are not meat lovers, fish and chicken in a variety of sauces, so all 10 days we had to eat fried chicken for lunch, there were no barbecues or a variety of ordinary meat, only in sauces)
Dinner 19:00-21:00 (One time they gave tuna (which ended very quickly and unfortunately we didn’t try it, we had to take chicken), there were kebabs twice, lamb once. The rest of the time there was chicken. )
You can crow at the end of your holiday with their eggs and chicken.

A lot of things are left on the sunbeds, and they themselves come almost after dinner. If there are no places on the beach, you can go to the pool, but there is no toilet or bar near the pool...
