The hotel offers Tez Tour. I was there at the beginning of April 2007. The holiday began with a three-hour wait for a room at the reception. Further it turned out that instead of the declared three restaurants in the hotel there is only one dining room (buffet). From the declared entertainment there was no tennis, billiards, volleyball at all. The animation was...but in Italian. There was not even an elementary shop or souvenir shop on the territory of the hotel. The hotel was about 70% of Italians, the result - a clear discrimination of vacationers from Russia.

The staff is slow, the bartender, when fulfilling your order, can easily be distracted by the order of Italian tourists, in some rooms the linen and towels were not changed until they were thrown on the floor. Throughout the rest, I did not understand what the UAI system means in this hotel and even a good beach was spoiled by the lack of elementary mattresses on the sun loungers, without which, well, VERY HARD !!!!

I was very disappointed with the work, or rather its absence, of the representatives of Tez Tour in the hotel and in Sharm itself. The representative at the hotel responded to all claims only that the hotel is new and all claims and questions are only to the hotel management. The representative of the management of Tez Tour in Sharm, only organized (free) !! ! excursion, subject to the signing of a paper waiving any claims against Tez Tour. This is the end of the representative's work.

Vacationers at the neighboring Inter Continental *5 hotel (owned by the same owner) also complained about the food and service, which was much worse, despite the fact that the hotel has been operating for 4 years. So draw your own conclusions gentlemen.
