This is the 3rd time in Egypt, so there is a certain experience of staying in 5-star hotels of the local spill. Well, I will give this hotel a solid 4, as I have seen hotels of this price level and better. Firstly, the hotel is no longer as young as it was stated by the tour operators, therefore, repairs and replacement of furniture are required. Secondly, the sun loungers on the beaches are also a little tired, but in principle it is not so annoying. Rested with my husband and a child of 5.5 years. They settled quickly, for $ 10 invested in the passport they gave a room near the reception with a sea view (well, the sea view was indicated on the ticket) I usually don’t demand much from the room, a clean enough bed, towels and a well-groomed bathroom, the only thing that annoyed me was dirty curtains, I really did not want to touch them with my hands, opening the door to the balcony. I will note the very large and beautiful territory of the hotel, the beach, it is very good for children - sand and shallow, and for adults - a pontoon and a very beautiful coral reef, although a small one went diving with us from a pontoon in armlets and in a mask, very impressive. For the beach I will put 5 +. The food, in principle, is not bad, every day they prepare several dishes from the cuisine of different countries (Mexican, American, Arabic, etc. ) from fruits - grapes, dates, oranges, bananas, watermelons, insanely delicious grapefruits. There is a minus - queues to the restaurant, but we never waited more than 5 minutes, so it was tolerable. The guests of the hotel are mostly Italians - I think 80%, the rest are Poles and not so many Ukrainians and Russians. Therefore, all the animation is tailored specifically for Italians, there is music on the beach, a DJ, everything is in Italian. language, there are a few Russian-speaking people, but they mainly entertain in the evening. It is very convenient for a child - a water park, there are 3 slides for adults, so there is something to do with time. Drinks are traditionally all locally produced, so the quality is not very good, but for those who are not particularly pretentious, there is always something to drink. And yet, if you want to take sunbeds closer to the sea, you have to go at 7-8 in the morning, and immediately take towels and give them only in the evening, as they are strained with this, but if the location on the beach is not important for you, there are always enough sunbeds. I will say this - if all the above things are not important for you and you are in the mood for a calm and measured rest, you are here, but I would, knowingly, choose a better hotel, although everywhere has its drawbacks and it all depends on our attitude towards them.
