It was the first time in Egypt, as well as abroad in general. With a friend, we took a tour for 11 days in the hope of relaxing, taking a walk to our heart's content. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly assigned to a stunning room, the so-called “Road view” (view of the fence and the road). Naturally went to the reception and asked to change to a view of the pool. The eccentric at the reception froze us for 3 days, repeating that he remembers everything and so far he has no proposals for us, and madam, his colleague, just spoke excellent Russian at first, and then suddenly, after a request for resettlement, she had a misunderstanding of Russian words and very strong accent. We approached the guide Lila (Pegas Touristik) - the girl was responsive, she immediately helped us solve the problem. On the fourth day we were moved to “Pool view”, it became somehow more pleasant. But before that, in the previous room, our safe broke. It just stopped opening. They called an engineer, he opened it for us, recoded it, but the safe stopped closing. Says change in 20 minutes, wait. Naturally, no one changed anything, but it didn’t give a damn, because they were moving to another room.
I was very pleased with the abundance of lizards on the paths and butterflies in the hotel, it’s very entertaining to go in the evening after dinner and brush aside all this)))
As for the service… Simply 0 points. Even without knowing how they serve in other hotels, I can say one thing - this is a bunch of arrogant, boorish and completely uncontrollable snickering street bums, who have a maximum place in the Cairo bazaars. Not only do they wear torn shoes, but some also wear dirty shirts. Let's take a pool bar. On the day of arrival, I went for a swim there, and naturally I wanted to try a cocktail. I go to such a friend Hany, I order. There was such a muzzle in my address that at first I could not understand what was happening. With a displeased look, a cocktail was defiantly served. Only later I realized that this is such an attitude towards all Russian speakers. It was like that throughout my stay there. And why should I smile to all the staff there or constantly joke around, as some people write here? After all, they must be professionals and work with all people equally. And if my state of health was not so hot - without a smile and a glass of water is it not supposed to? This is nonsense and the complete absence of the slightest professionalism. Restaurants (I would say dirty canteens full of flies) are no better. Even worse. If you come a little later than the opening, then you can get ready for the queue to stand for about 30 minutes. Once inside, you start running around looking for a glass, because there are enough for a maximum of half of the visitors. About dirty plates, I think it's not worth talking about. As for food, everything was in order for me personally in this matter, I have no complaints. I ate my usual food, I didn’t want to try any local dishes, I’m not a gourmet. Chicken, potatoes, rice, 100 types of sausages))), tongues, fish, beef, scrambled eggs, delicious bread - all this was enough for me, cooked quite well. True, it's all good when there is something to eat - once I had to slow down these waiters for 20 minutes to bring forks and knives.

The beach is more or less clean, almost no beer is interrogated, the beer tap is constantly broken. Moreover, during a breakdown, by a strange coincidence, a huckster with paid beer always walks along the beach)))
Entertainment in the hotel is not a single gram. Bars are open until sunset, there is no music at all anywhere except on the beach in the morning. Dull silence and mediocre animation... If you can call it animation at all. Some kind of abandoned amphitheater, school scenes...
As a result, the vacation turned into a monotonous boring event with unpleasant impressions about the service. If not for trips to Naama Bay and the Old City, I think the vacation could be considered a failure. Well, the sea pleased. I will dissuade all my acquaintances from this "hotel" and I myself will never go there again. Good luck everyone, beware of charlatans.
