Hello. I want to share my impressions about this hotel. (Totally agree with previous review)
This is not the first time in Egypt. Traveled as a family of 4 from Pegasus. When we arrived, we were met at the airport by a very inhospitable and rude woman - the guide Amina (it was very unpleasant to listen to her).
In Pegasus, we bought a hotel as 5 *, but upon arrival there was no 5 * sign on the hotel facade and at the reception. Yes, the hotel does not pull on 5 stars (which the guide himself admitted).
We did not specifically look for shortcomings, but they manifested themselves.
1. Sewer drains of used fresh water from showers on the beach are drained directly into the sea. Dirty water runs down the steps, the beach and stinks a lot.
2. Bartenders on the beach are unprofessional, untrained, rude, they treat Russian speakers very badly, don’t smile or joke about them. And you won’t constantly tip for beer and cocktails, but they beg rudely. Beer glasses 150 grams are plastic and uncomfortable.
3. Restaurants do not open on time, you have to wait 15-20 minutes, and when all the tables are occupied, then another 20-30 minutes in line. There weren't enough glasses for everyone. If you want something else to drink, you need to go to the bar with your dirty. Although the food in restaurants is relatively normal.
4. From the guests there are a lot of local people who were noisy and were very noisy, especially in the restaurant and at the reception.
5. Animation leaves much to be desired.
The territory of the hotel is small, but green and tidy.
We lived in 2 doubles overlooking the pool. The rooms were quite good. Towels and bedding changed constantly. Tolerably removed.
