My family and I, before staying in this magical hotel, had already been to Egypt three times and, in princepe, we were always very pleased with the hotels and the rest itself. Therefore, when choosing a hotel, the main condition was that it was a good reef, and food and service from past experience, we decided that it was the same everywhere, that is, it was quite suitable for us, but as you know, it was a big mistake. Immediately upon arrival, we were offered to pay $ 100 (as usual for us it is 200))), for a room with a sea view, and it’s very good that we did it, otherwise, as it turned out, all standard rooms were located behind the reception, the hotel is not located along the sea, but perpendicular to it and you would have to walk to the beach for a long time, I want to note that there is very little greenery on the territory of the hotel. The room we were given was decent enough, nothing special. What can be said good: 1) it's a reef, as we wanted it was great,
but because of this magnificence, three yachts a day at least constantly sailed to the beach and groups of divers swam along the beach, leaving behind a pile of garbage in the sea. 2) there were always enough umbrellas and sun loungers at any time of the day both on the beach and by the pool. This is where all the delights of this hotel ended (((. 1) the food is disgusting. The menu: boiled beans, three types of rice, sliced u200bu200bpotatoes or mashed potatoes, fried chicken and fish and undercooked vermicelli, this is a constant assortment that was offered every day, only in one more dish was added to the restaurant on the second floor, as a rule, they fried either fish or meat, with this at least this exquisite food could be diluted. Tea was brewed for a week with three bags for a huge tank, but in the second week of rest, something happened and they put bags If some dish, which may have been somewhat tastier today than yesterday, was running out, then naturally no one served it.
As they wrote earlier in the reviews, there were constant queues: a queue for a restaurant, a queue for a plate, a queue for a glass. You couldn't just take the plate, you had to look into it first to see if it was clean. There was enough fruit, but the question was, were they ripe and unspoiled? (they managed to give green dates! And this is in Egypt, where they hang on every palm tree). A trip to an Indian restaurant with an Italian menu deserves a long story. We expected that at least in the restaurant we would eat normal pasta and something different from the usual diet, but our hopes an hour after waiting for the waiter who served us were unsuccessful (((. They brought us yupi and wine in a plastic cup, as on the beach, french fries and a fried cue ball, i. e. run for food to the main restaurant. I forgot to write that this is the only hotel in which UPI is bred twice. 2) A few words about service: in principle, the same as food.

In a restaurant, the manager leaves to look for a chair for you, but after a minute he forgets about you, and you try to remind him of yourself a couple more times, but in the end you start looking for yourself. They cleaned the room normally, but in the building....Vacationers spilled a cup of coffee, the cup was removed in a day, but the contents . . , we left after four days, but the floor was not washed. On the beach, they didn’t consider it necessary to place ashtrays on tables under umbrellas, and there weren’t many like me to run around and throw every cigarette butt into the trash or a common ashtray, so the sand was like in the Crimea with bulls.
The chefs at the restaurant were constantly wearing aprons so dirty that it seemed like they were washed only once a year. 3) animation - in principle, there is nothing to write about it, it was not. We went to the show time only once, but according to other vacationers, the performance was no different on other days. The animators were looking for several volunteers who were not averse to squirming on stage, i. e.
sing and dance for them.
In general, you can still list the advantages of this hotel for a long time. We tried to find a positive in all this so as not to spoil our vacation, but those people who are just going to go and they have a choice, I think they can find a better hotel in Egypt for the money.
