We stayed at this hotel in May 2010. with my whole family (my husband and I and our 4 year old daughter) I have no words to describe this hotel!! ! We had a ticket, so to speak, super all inclusive with a room overlooking the pool, but we were settled in a room, probably one star could barely pull! The windows overlooked a mountain of construction debris and the road along which trucks drove, leaving columns of dust behind them that flew to our room, further is even "better". There is no hot water at all in the room, the towels were white five years ago, and even eaten by moths, the TV can only be turned on from the remote control, which has no batteries, the air conditioner does not work either, and the tulle that hung on the window was apparently wiped by greasy hands, she was covered in spots. For two days we did not unpack our luggage, tried to overcome this, sorry, super-numbers, we were driven from one administrator to another, and we, like parrots, explained our problem to everyone. They either pretended not to understand Russian, or they said there were no free rooms. And when my husband ran out of patience, he explained in "pure Russian" that it was in their interests to find us a new number, he was furious and just yelled at them. After that, the most important administrator came out to us and offered us 3 rooms to choose from (and 10 minutes ago there was not a single free room), we chose a room in another part of the territory overlooking the water park. It seems that everything should be fine, but the bed linen was changed only when you asked them about it yourself, and you generally had to get toilet paper yourself. The hotel staff do not know how to treat tourists at all. The only exception is guests from Italy, they have a rest there for 5+!! !
