Rested for almost 2 weeks. The time is not good for rest - in terms of a lot of people and in the restaurant there are REAL queues !! ! ! !
The hotel is not bad - although the territory is not equipped, there is little greenery, the territory is large, everything is stuck, the houses are one on top of the other - but in general not a bad territory - but this is not the main thing! ! ! Food - good, decent - but this does not apply to salads! ! ! You understand, salads are made from yesterday's half-eaten pasta, sluggish vegetables and weathered sausage - in general, salads are terrible, like almost everywhere in hotels (there is something to compare with, I have rested in Egypt more than once ! ! ! ). The rest of the food is worthy of Egypt ...except for sweets - the poor are complete, unlike other hotels! Due to the large number of people - the queues to the restaurant are huge, as I wrote above. Service in the restaurant is simply absent - if you give green papers in your hands, you will be served! ! ! By the way, the waiters are not very neat and say vulgar things!
Everything that is written about the dishes is completely true, almost all the dishes are broken - they never got plates with a whole bottom !!! ! ! ! (alas!!! )
The sea, of course, is excellent, warm, beautiful, a lot of fish - like everywhere else, however!
Now the worst thing for a 5* hotel is how they talk about themselves! ! ! ! If you are used to comfort - you will not find it here! ! ! Unless for an additional fee or spoiled nerves! ! ! In 2 weeks the bed was changed 1 time!! ! ! ! Although they had to change every 3 days! ! ! ! Same thing with towels and shampoos - only they were brought and changed 2 times in 2 weeks! ! ! ! We called, they said that they don’t do this and that to us ...but the reaction is zero! ! ! The bedding is really stained and torn, the holes are not even sewn up - I saw this for the first time! ! ! I even took a photo as a keepsake! ! ! Once the room was not cleaned at all! ! ! By the way, the rooms were also cleaned terribly, they just made the bed somehow and took the money left - at least once something was woven from towels, no - figs to you ! ! ! !
The plaster was crumbling in the bathroom, and it was not removed for 2 days - although we called and spoke! The room itself is not bad, but the service is below the baseboard! ! ! ! Believe me, this is true - again, there is something to compare! ! ! Even some 4* are better than this hotel! ! ! !
As for free drinks and everything royal all inclusive - they simply never topped up cola, beer - they poured 2/3 cups!
Animation: complete sucks! ! ! ! They never warn what will take place, they will never pass, they will not remind you that aqua aerobics or dancing (we do not look at the clock on the beach and do not control the time). Evenings in general suck! ! ! Only children's dances were also unsuccessful, the children on the stage were jumping while the animation behind the stage was drinking! ! ! ! Well, the animation is also a matter of taste - I didn’t care about it, because there was not a good selection of staff - only they hung out at the bar ! ! !
