In Egypt 10 times (all 5* hotels). The hotel was chosen with the main requirement for the coral reef and its inhabitants. Initially, according to reviews, I considered the neighboring Hyatt Regency Sharm - a luxury! But the price is almost 1.5 times more expensive than Continental - super expensive for Egypt. I decided for myself that I would see the HYATT reef and so swim there every day (which I did periodically).

I declare with full responsibility: THERE IS NO DIRT IN THE RESTAURANT, THE HOTEL TERRITORY IS CLEAN, the waiters in the restaurant constantly maintained cleanliness, the administrator was present in the hall - he kept order (he came up to us asking for reviews), the tables were promptly cleaned immediately after eating. There were enough glasses and plates. I liked that you could take alcohol in the restaurant yourself at the distribution, and not wait, as in some restaurants, when the order is brought.

They almost didn’t drink local alcohol, except for beer (drank alcohol from Dutik), beer on the beach - 2 cups per hand, after 5 minutes you can repeat - they pour it, in a restaurant it’s similar only with glasses. There were no queues.

FOOD IS ENOUGH for a grown man; an average of 3 types of fish and meat dishes for dinner + salads and fresh vegetables + side dishes. Grill - in portions, as in all the hotels where I rested. If there was not enough, I went and took more - they never refused a supplement. Portion could be some dish at dinner too. The food was not particularly varied. The soups are delicious, the food is quite tasty (for Egyptian standards). The breakfasts really lacked honey and dates (in other hotels it was present), the breakfasts were of the same type, there was no tea at lunch and dinner - complete nonsense (I don’t know how to drink the same cake without tea? ). Tea is available at the reception bar and on the beach - where it is not needed. He made salads from tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and feta.
I don’t believe in ready-made salads - during my first vacation in Egypt, I got poisoned from them.

The rooms were settled an hour after arrival. At 11.30 they already provided a room with a sea view, settled in the main building (although the standard was paid). The hotel is less than half full, the ROOMS are CLEAN, the furniture is standard - in terms of level they were not inferior to all the hotels where I rested. Didn't see any bed bugs/midges/mosquitoes. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the soundproofing was excellent, they cleaned according to the Egyptian standard. I didn't see broken beds. On the beach, about 50 pieces in a pile are unused sunbeds (tell me - they will replace, I'm sure). The main restaurant only worked - A la Carte did not work, did not visit the Water Park, I do not perceive animation in Egypt in principle. The staff is very friendly - they smile all the time, even the bartender on the beach is sociable.

The sea exceeded all expectations - in terms of the beauty of the reef and the inhabitants - it took 1st place from the places where I was, an ideal place for snorkeling (I don’t do diving). The reef is just fabulous! I can’t even imagine where you can go after this hotel, probably I won’t find it better by sea. I would be grateful if someone could suggest a normal hotel for snorkeling in the future. From the underwater world - eagle rays, moray eels, fired, barracuda and a standard set of fish.

I liked the rest. If you love the sea - come and do not read TALES about dirt and hunger (during my vacation, this was not exactly the case).
