We arrived at the hotel at the age of 23, at 23-15 we were accommodated. The room is clean, everything is fine. There was no drinking water, they called the receptionists and brought it to us in 5 minutes. Cleaned daily, changed towels on request. The beach is clean, sunbeds and towels are always enough, the staff is friendly, happy to help. They speak English and Russian, and the waiters also Italian) The waiters in the dining room in general, a separate topic - served my daughter and me, as in a restaurant. ))) Thank them for that.
