We stopped by for 10 days, a family of 2 adults and 2 children (18 and 6 years old). First time at this hotel and will not be back. Read more. . .
Positive points:
1. The room was wet cleaned daily, bed linen was changed every 3 days. Linen and towels are clean. There were 2 towels, they asked for 2 more, they added it with no problems at the next cleaning. The young man who cleaned our building was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for making us feel comfortable.
2. The territory is clean, a lot of greenery. The paths are old, concreted, sometimes painted for some reason. Few flowering plants.
3. Sea. An excellent entrance for swimming with children, an excellent reef, a lot of fish, the beach is regularly cleaned, there are pitchers (like urns) everywhere, lined with garbage bags.
4. Pools. The water is clean, cleaning is done regularly, equipped with ladders for entry. Without heating.

5. Aqua park. Small, there are areas for adults and older children, as well as for small children. There are only 3 slides, but for different visitors. The joints of the parts of the slide during the descent are very noticeable.
6. The hotel staff speaks good English, many speak Russian quite well.
Negative points:
1. Check in. For early check-in before 14.00 you have to pay 20 USD. for the number. After the flights, people simply slept in the lobby near the check-in desk, waiting for the check-in time. We were on tour 3 adults + child, were given a small room for two and delivered 2 more beds for children.
2. Food. Monotonous, tasteless, had to stand in line for hot dishes, in addition, all meat / fish are given in portions. When we got together, we read bad reviews about food, and thought that people were simply spoiled by Turkey, but we are unpretentious and will not stay hungry. It wasn’t there, the queues for everything hot were simply exhausted by the end of the vacation. Dishes in the main "restaurant" were not enough, disposable glasses, plates with broken edges and other rubbish were regularly used, which a 5-star hotel should have replaced long ago.
There were not enough tables and those who came later for dinner were simply asked to wait in the corridor near the "restaurant" until there were seats available. After the visitors, the tables are not wiped, napkins are laid on the dirty table, cutlery is placed, such as serving.
Apart from the "main restaurant" there was food on the beach. It's just funny to tell. A boy came, from behind the bar he gave out one portion of dry rations (in a disposable plate of a roll, a piece of baked dough, with grated cheese, a cutlet or sausage and 2-3 slices of cucumber or tomato). There was a queue for rations even before the boy arrived, and he gave out food as if he were feeding beggars near the station. Just humiliation, not food.

3. Alcohol. Don't drink anything, please. But if you still want a glass of cold beer, then they will give you no more than 2 small disposable cups, in which there will be half the foam. You can, of course, buy a bottle of beer on the beach (bargain! ). In the bar near the reception, alcohol is not limited, a pleasant sociable bartender, makes cocktails on order, the quality is the same.
4. Animation. There is a small group of young people who are trying to entertain the holidaymakers. Gymnastics on the beach, aqua aerobics, volleyball, evening performance, children's leisure, all on their fragile shoulders. At the evening performances were once, there was no more desire to waste time. It's a pity to watch.
5. Beach. Umbrellas on the beach are old, sunbeds are broken, towels are old, washed out, mattresses for sunbeds are old, torn. Coming to the beach after 9 o'clock in the morning, you need to look for places, beg people for sunbeds.
