The criteria by which this terrible hotel was chosen was a windless bay, as we understood that in Egypt in February we could get into the windy season. The rooms are dirty, the bedding is torn, the curtains on the windows are in such terrible stains from a year ago, when I asked the cleaner why they were dirty, the answer killed me: “Yesterday the Ukrainians left and did not have time to wash)))) Food, like everywhere else, is meager and monotonous, although when we rested a couple of years ago in another hotel in Egypt (Experience Sea Breeze), it was better. There are not enough dishes, before you have time to finish your meal, plates with glasses are taken from under your nose without asking, the dishes are dirty. The bar disappointed - 6 types of shmurdyak (vodka, gin... ) and three types of water - cola, sprite and fanta, there was also diluted juice, which was diluted with water in our presence. All the utensils for drinks - plastic cups, pennies, there was also no ice in the bar...
They promised to post the details of the flight at the reception 24 hours in advance, they came again to ask at 20:00 - on the last day of rest - where the details were, they were rude and said that later. Oh yes, the receptionists were just watching football at the workplace, they had no time for vacationers. The beach is not bad, the only plus of everything, the sunbeds are broken through one, the mattresses on them are torn, and the towels are so washed out, well, you can’t look without tears. I was very disappointed with the hotel, for the same money you could go to another hotel, of which there are a million in Egypt! Advice to people: do not go there, do not spoil your mood and nerves!
