We chose this hotel because of the first coastline, plus, looked at the reviews, they were average, but we had no other choice, because we needed the sea to be close. We were settled normally, we arrived at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon, put on bracelets, and had lunch. The room is so-so, far from the sea, but it was not so scary. There were big problems with food, we expressed our indignation at the reception, after that the food improved. There were other nuances as well. You can have lunch and dinner in a restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floors, and you can only drink tea with sweets on the 3rd floor, that is, you need to leave your wives, children, go upstairs, take tea in paper cups, go down with them, moreover, sweet from the 3rd floor can not be taken out. It wasn't comfortable, I didn't like it. For breakfast, tea and coffee were in the restaurant, but not for lunch and dinner, we also told about this moment at the reception, to which we were told that the management does not change this moment and will be as it is. There were a couple of scandals because of the food, but it seems that later, everything, thank God, got better. The hotel area is green, on the beach and a pontoon, and sand, and you can swim, a good entry, and there are fish, and corals. The location of the hotel is not very good, there are some entertainments for children aged 8-10 years old, but we have a smaller child, so far it was not interesting for us. The attitude towards customers in the hotel is not very good, it spoils the experience. The room itself is mediocre, there were situations when the toilet was leaking, it was being repaired for three days, then it turned out that it was a bidet leaking. The hotel is average.
