We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. Despite the fact that the hotel is 15% full, the room was not immediately given (they say only for "gratitude"). We decided to wait and drink coffee and have breakfast for now. So - there is no coffee there, that is, coffee can be taken in a restaurant or in a bar: in the bar from 10 am and in the restaurant during breakfast / lunch / dinner, but only if there is a room number, and as I wrote above - we don’t get a number right away gave. There are no coffee machines at all, just like water coolers. We wanted to go for breakfast - breakfast is also not served without a room number, the manager at the restaurant Ahmed literally pushed us out the door and said that we can only have breakfast for an extra charge.
They settled us at 13.00, the number of rooms is old but everything works. Settled with a sea view at no extra charge. It later turned out that only a couple of buildings were open and all with sea views). and who paid at the reception and who did not - all with the same conditions.

Guide. We had a guide Ahmed, who arrived on the very first day and said in plain text that since we weren’t going to order excursions for 5 days, he had nothing to talk about with us! I made scans of passports and left without explaining anything at all about the hotel, infrastructure, etc. Our communication was on the strength of 5 minutes.
Nutrition. Breakfast is brought directly to the table: scrambled eggs, slicing half a tomato / half a cucumber for 2 people, buns, a couple of pieces of cheese and sausage - we ate buns. At first, lunch and dinner were buffet style (you can choose and show what exactly and how much you want, the employees put everything on the plates themselves), but the last few days there was a "menu" (that is, you have a choice between 2 pieces of fish + rice + potatoes or 5 tiny meatballs all with the same rice + potatoes). Salads, however, you can choose - there are 5 types of vegetables.
Conclusion: tasty, but not enough, the main menu is not particularly full, it is unrealistic to take an additive. The only huge plus - desserts - very tasty and every day something new. Of the fruits, there were dates, watermelon, melon, also a couple of pieces, but you can also ask for an additive. Of seafood, only fish in batter, the grill did not work. The staff tries to be constantly in masks, the dishes are clean, you can ask for disposable glasses.
Bar. Local alcohol as everywhere. Bottled beer, but there is BUT. Everything is warm as they don't have refrigerators at the bars. Pour half a glass of beer and half a glass of foam into plastic 100 gram glasses. That is, 1 glass - 1 sip... it is very convenient to carry several glasses at once or run constantly to the bar. In 2 hours it turned out to drink only 0.5 beer) + the bartender each time says that there is no more beer, and you need to engage in polemics with him on the subject of "find it and bring it", after 2-5 minutes of polemics, warm bottled beer appears.

Beach. It was a 10 minute walk from the room to the beach. There is a bar on the beach, coffee / yuppies / local alcohol until 18.00. There were snacks - a bun cut in half and inside a piece of cheese or soy sausage. The sunbeds are normal, the mattresses are old but intact, the beach is sandy and the entry into the sea is sandy, but the depth from entering the water to the corals is knee-deep at most, and you can’t go further along the corals. That is, you can just sit in the water up to your shoulders. There is a plastic pier, from which you can already enter the sea immediately to the depth. Corals and fish are very beautiful, many divers go just for this and say that this is the best reef in Sharm - I believe it's just fabulous! There is a diving club on the beach, you can rent equipment or excursions, prices and service are good, I recommend it!
Infrastructure. It is not there, there are a couple of souvenir shops on the territory of the hotel, there are no pharmacies, no fruits, cosmetics, etc. no. For shopping, you need to go to the center, or $ 5 by taxi, or half an hour on foot to the minibus.
Almost all vacationers are from Ukraine, only a couple of families are Egyptians.
Eviction. We drove through Coral travel, it was supposed to be 4 nights / 5 days, the flight back at 19.00, but we were given a departure time in a day and it turned out that the flight was postponed to 8 in the morning !! ! That is, in fact, Coral stole the last day !! ! They took us from the hotel at 5 in the morning, some guy from the staff knocked on the room and said that it was time for us to leave the room, he refused to help carry the bag down from the second floor. Breakfast was not given (although we warned in the evening). As I managed to find out from the manager at the reception from his words - we paid only 3 days, but in Coral travel I paid for 4 nights and 5 days. Coral travel - where is my money? Why is the flight postponed 12 hours earlier and the hotel is not fully paid?
The highlight of the program is the bus. It turns out there is no trunk and we have to pass the suitcase through the window to the second guide, who is sitting inside the bus. The height of the window is more than a meter from the ground, the first guide was hiding behind a column so that he would not be attracted to help, the driver pretended not to see us. As a result, other tourists helped to put the suitcase in the minibus window.

General attitude: Egyptians perfectly understand both Russian and English when you offer them money / chocolates. As soon as you need to ask / find out something or, God forbid, you need help - no one understands anything, does not hear, does not see tourists at close range, they can turn right around in front of you and leave. Almost everyone has a disgusting attitude (good guys only in the diving center and at the distribution in the restaurant).
I do not recommend the hotel, the holiday is completely ruined.
