We chose Continental, because it is located in a beautiful bay and we knew that during this period we would swim from morning until sunset - and it happened!
We were at the hotel at 7, settled at 8 for a small present).
The room is clean, sea view, 2214, minor problems were resolved quickly.
Hotel pros:
Very friendly staff everywhere - at the reception, and in bars, and on the beach!
Greetings to Said and Ayman - they solved problems quickly and professionally!

The beach is excellent, gently sloping and with a pontoon. There were places all the time.
There are few people in the hotel, so there are always free sunbeds.
You can swim from 6 in the morning in any direction, no one whistles, no restrictions - this is a plus!

The reef, in my opinion, became poorer, maybe it seemed, compared to 2018. BUT what they wanted, they saw: Napoleons, moray eels, tunas, parrots, moon fish - these fish often swam near the pontoon, flocks of flutes or needle fish, and others, I don't know the names. I was lucky to see and swim for a few minutes with a large eagle ray, but this is on Hayat Reef. There were schools of large meter-long fish at a depth, I don’t know the name. At first I mistook for reef sharks, they are very similar, but they said that they were just fish.
There is a decent diving center on the beach, many took a dive there, I advise you to communicate with Halim, I think he is the eldest there. Makes good discounts for the tour. We went to Dahab (5 in 1). People bought Cairo from him. Much cheaper than the guide at the hotel. Friendly, gave us bp fins and masks)) Thanks to him! The rest of the guys are also great, they dived with tourists, everyone was happy!
The food at the hotel is not varied, but no one fainted from hunger)))) We had enough of everything, sweets, as always, at the level, I would like more vegetables and fruits.
Of the minuses - no Ukrainian channels and poor internet! I advise you to buy a card! Although there is a plus in this - the head was ventilated from info about covid and politics!
The overall impression is good. Thanks to Egypt for the warm clear sea, for the fish, for the hospitality!
Note. Nutritional deficiencies, etc. did not prevent us from relaxing to the fullest!
