Holidays in Egypt in February for us (2 adults and 3 children) always left a lot of good impressions and positive emotions. So Continental plaza beach resort 5*. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00. We settled in 10 minutes later. We went into the room and then it began... In a large room for a large family there is 1 double bed and a small sofa bed. Well, let's say 2 adults. and a 1.5-year-old child will lie down on a 2-sp. beds, and where to go to two more children 15 and 9 years old. They say we'll bring the bed now. This is already better, but nevertheless, a 9-year-old child will not fit on a little sofa. We are trying to ask for another bed instead of a small sofa, they say it’s not allowed. IN TERMS OF????
We go to the reception, we can pay extra and get a better room. You can change, but the room will be a little less and pay $ 30 per night, and if you take 2 standards, then it’s not allowed, since we have a reservation for 1 room. And in general, the administrator says that it is NOT ALLOWED for 5 people to be in 1 room !! ! IN TERMS OF??? ? We contact the travel agent, and she answers us that the hotel gave the go-ahead to check in 5 people. in 1 big room. We are indignant, in general, the little sofa is taken out to the balcony, and 1 more bed appears in the room. Well, good.
Further, in a 5* hotel, ATTENTION, there is no kettle in the room!! ! They begged, so a 1.5-year-old child needs to prepare milk formula at night. The air conditioner is working, there is a refrigerator, but weak, the TV works, but the remote control did not always work. It was also a surprise that hot water starts running only after 5 minutes!!!

Food: you won't be hungry, BUT. . . For breakfast, maximum fried boiled eggs, cucumbers, yogurt. Flakes, toast, etc. are not in sight. Tea, drinks and coffee are not in sticks, but stupidly poured into a plate. At lunch and dinner, meat, fish, french fries are given out in a tablespoon and this is a 5 * hotel !!!! ! Alcohol: beer is like water, and ATTENTION - warm ((((poured from bottles, the lids are immediately open, that is, diluted. 2 glasses can be drunk 1 time in 10 minutes... I didn’t expect this in a 5 * hotel. We saved ourselves with our cognac and local drinks.
The POOL, which was supposed to be heated, was surprisingly unheated. Horror. Heated pools were only in the children's water park. In the children's water park, 2 bottles of Pepsi were allocated for the period of work. And it's 5*!! ! The hotel is very dirty, the rooms are dirty. They remove badly.
