In the last days of our vacation, they began to clean better, replaced the old napkins on the tables with new disposable ones, cutlery began to be given out in individual packaging.

The staff is polite and diligent. All our requests were fulfilled quickly. True, I always addressed them saying hello, with a smile - it works).
