We went with a group of 7 people (newlyweds, we (for the first time in Egypt) and 3 more people (were in Egypt for the 7th time)). We arrived late in the evening, around 8 o'clock local time. The first impression is that while they were waiting for the settlement, they took a Mojito at the bar (in their concept it is a sprite + some kind of alcohol + green syrup)... They laughed for a long time, trying to ask for lime and mint)))) The newlyweds were settled immediately with a view of the sea, three friends through 10 minutes settled in a double (! ) room, after 40 minutes we were settled in a triple (! ) in the farthest building (we liked the room, friends settled next to us the next day). First dinner: we are looking for appliances and food for a long time (we attributed everything to the fact that we arrived late and tomorrow everything will be different... But as it turned out, they have such a “SYSTEM”, and this is the norm). By food: we eat in the restaurant, tea and coffee in the lobby bar (you can’t take tea from the lobby bar on the third floor to the restaurant on the first floor in a cup - it’s poured into plastic! ), for omelettes (the only thing that’s fresh in the morning) queue, by the evening salads and vegetables are already “tired” and sour (in 7 days I only ate fresh salad 2 times), from fruits only melon and bananas can be eaten (green pomegranate, unripe dates), there is a queue for cola / sprite, more than 2 glasses per they don’t give out a person (and since there are 7 of us, we ran to the queue all the time), for the entire rest time I didn’t get poisoned, my friends and husband had both a temperature and an upset stomach (we didn’t leave the room for 1-2 days, it was very bad). The only plus from the food is sweets. You can drink whiskey from alcohol (personal opinion), cocktails -... amno.
There are no questions about cleaning - they cleaned us 2-3 times, we ourselves asked not to go into the room, we just took shampoo and changed towels from the "cleaner". The territory is large, beautiful (from morning to evening of day 4, a lawn mower buzzed, mowed the grass, cut the bushes). Fountains worked for 2-3 days (only because of the arrival of the owner). The beer in the kegs was running out, no one was in a hurry to change the keg. If there is a queue for drinks (and it has always been !!! ), only “their” and “favorite” tourists are quickly served. They pour it into small plastic glasses, do not give half a glass of foam and more than 2 glasses to one person.
The attitude of the staff is a separate issue. We sit down at the table, there are no cutlery, we are not proud - we can take it ourselves))) I go to the waiter's table, I see a tray with forks / knives, I wanted to take the cutlery, but the waiter did not allow it, took the tray, asked where we were sitting and said that he will bring. I sat down at a table, and he, with a straight face, began to lay out cutlery on the empty tables. He “decorated” 5-7 tables, we ran out of surebets!! ! I went to collect cutlery from the tables, which caused violent emotions in the waiter. Napkins are in short supply. When I came to the restaurant myself (while the rest were suffering with temperatures and bellies), and sat down at a table set for 4, then all unnecessary appliances and napkins were immediately removed (for efficiency 5+)))). Our friend was swimming in a T-shirt so that his shoulders would not burn. Turns out you can't swim! We would have accepted the remark if 3 Arab couples had not bathed 3 meters from us, the ladies were dressed from head to toe and they hardly took a shower before (!!! ) - they can, we can’t! If we just wanted to relax, so that no one would touch us, then the staff openly imposed their services and provoked aggression towards them. You can write a lot more... I always thought that spoiling the mood of a super-optimistic group of friends is not real! It turns out that everything is possible in this hotel! ))) We rested only on excursions, which we bought NOT from Pegasus, but in the Old Market, and went to Naama Bay.

Sea, fish, corals - super! The mask was bought in the Old Market for $ 10 - it's not very interesting without it. We went on a yacht to the sea for the whole day, swimming with fish near the corals. The hotel has a short pontoon (this is a plus), a lot of fish, small, large, very beautiful.
I would like to hope that the hotel management will take note of the falling rating... But we will not go to Egypt again. Good luck and health to all!
