the sea and the sun are excellent, the hotel itself is not bad, but the service is at the level of 2 *. Accommodation - 3 hours in a room with a view of the construction site instead of a view of the pool. All the time, everything ends everywhere - the bar on the beach ran out of beer for three days in a row, so that it would appear in it for 1 day (but it didn’t appear by the pool ... ) I needed to remind me of this for 5 days. A short list of constantly ending (get used to the word FINISHED in this hotel): salt, glasses, beer, rum, cola, juice, water, spoons, sauces, tomatoes, towels, people handing out towels, a man baking pancakes for breakfast, fish .......Hibiscus is absent as a class, which is a complete anomaly for Egypt! Juice of two types, powdered and not tasty. Lines for food and drinks at almost any time, dirty dishes are removed very slowly, so finding a place is almost always a problem.
And after the administration on the third day decided not to let RUSSIANS (Italians had the right to go to all restaurants), it got even worse in one of the two large restaurants. True, the Italians didn’t get any better either - contrary to the ban, I somehow went there - only warm beer, no cutlery, finished meat ...In general, food as a rule (although sometimes there are pleasant exceptions) does not correspond to 5 *. Cold snacks on the beaches are three types of rolls, ULTRA ALLINCLUSIVE is naturally not provided - imported alcohol is completely absent. For the sake of interest, somehow in a restaurant for half an hour I asked (in English, because Russian is often not understood) 7 different waiters running past to bring me salt (because I didn’t find it not only on the table, but even around). Everyone answered, "OK! Moment! " As a result, the salt shaker turned out to be with rice ...


Entertainment is missing completely!
There is table tennis and billiards, but it is impossible to understand how they work and what needs to be done to get rackets and cues - we were sent to the reception to a nearby hotel, and we had to go to the disco there. Animation only for Italians until 23:00. The locked safe in the room was opened to me after 26 hours and 30 reminders. True, I had to yell at the reception, after which the issue was resolved in 3 minutes. One evening, the administration even called the tourist police, when 100 dissatisfied people gathered near the reception. I rested in four hotels of different classes (from 3 *), in Hurghada, so there is something to compare. I will try to tell everywhere about Plaza Beach (it is also called Inter Plaza Beach, the former Intercontinental, in general, they confuse the traces), so as not to follow this rake!
