We went for a walk around the territory - the territory is really large, beautiful, three large pools, a beach, a water park (slides)...

But it started in the morning - breakfast at 07:30.
A huge queue for plates, all the tables are occupied, there are either no free ones or they have not been cleaned.
We found a table, asked to clean it up, which happened like this - they simply turned the plates over and shook the crumbs off the table with them.
After that, a long standing in line for dishes - plates, forks, glasses and food.
There is a categorical lack of staff, utensils and a variety of food. We found a solution for the shortage of dishes - disposable forks, spoons, glasses, plates. : )
We thought it was just one time, but the same situations at lunch, dinner, and breakfast again, etc. confirmed that this would be systematic.

There are no problems with sun loungers and towels - there are a lot of them. But the local water park (slides) do not work, the reason is not explained.
The pools are clean and the water is the same.

Now about the excesses - the hotel is STEALING! During our vacation (8 days), two safes were stolen from the room, and in a month - 8 such cases were recorded! Yes, they did steal it! Thieves don't bother opening safes, they just rip them off the wall and take them out. The hotel administration makes a helpless gesture and says - call the police, they will sort it out. And that's where the whole story ends.
The first time they stole from a young couple - the guy decided to make an offer and everything was in the safe as usual (passports, money, documents, valuables, cameras, etc. ) and the RING! And the second time, the safe was taken out with documents and money. After that, everyone carried documents and all valuables with them, so that all vacationers were with backpacks.
Conclusion: In general, because of its problems with theft, lack of food, staff, utensils - the hotel pulls a maximum of 3 stars, but not 5 stars.
