In January of this year, we rested at the Intercontinentale, in November there were no trips to this hotel, and we were offered an analogue of the Plaza. What can I say: the territory of the building is really similar, but there was one thing. . . We felt like second class people in this hotel. The first was the Italians. It got to the point of insanity. When our people went to swim, the Arab boy dropped things, took the sun loungers and dragged them to where the Italians asked. There was a constant problem with towels: for some reason in the evening, when we went to hand over towels in the magazine, it was already noted that we had handed over. And no arguments like a towel in our hands had any effect on them, they didn’t want to give the card. Each time they called the manager and scandalized. The room keys had to be recoded twice a day - for some reason they were demagnetized all the time. The kitchen is generally a sad story, I don’t even want to remember it. They cleaned the rooms somehow, dirty towels were folded again as if they were clean. They didn’t change the linen on the bed until they took everything off and threw it on the floor (despite the fact that they left it all the time for tea). Animation on the beach only for Italians. Well, you can go on like this for a long time. And it would seem trifles, but there were too many of them. As a result, the hotel left not a very pleasant impression.
