The overall impression is average. First, about the good: Big, nice and green territory! The architecture and design are cool. We liked it. The beach is good. The sea is just amazing! Food is average. There was always enough of everything at any time. The food is a little monotonous, but always tasty and you can mix something up for yourself... Alcohol - Egyptian. You can drink. The staff at the reception is friendly, understands Russian, always ready to help. Hotel guide - Sheriff, a normal guy. All questions and problems were solved with a smile and very quickly. I even got the impression that the Sheriff was highly respected in the hotel. The staff in the hotel is also good in most cases. There are a couple of assholes there, but we just ignored them and tried not to notice. In the lobby where they make coffee, a cool guy works, makes delicious coffee and sings their oriental songs very beautifully. It’s a real pleasure to sit with him for a cup of coffee when he is on shift, for which he received a generous tip! We lived in a Russian village. Here, many write that going far to the sea is complete nonsense! From the farthest house to the pantone 657 meters. No, well, if you drive a car at home and get bread, then yes....And it’s not at all difficult to take a walk... The beach is cleaned well, it’s quite clean and comfortable there. Despite the normal weight of our tourists, I saw only one broken sunbed.
Now for the bad news: People, take all the means against mosquitoes! Everything is not so scary there, but they bite and in a completely incomprehensible way penetrate the room. Mosquito marks all over the room. He complained to the Sheriff, barely managed to get to the room, there was already a guy with a spray can. Walked in, sprayed some bullshit and left. It was impossible to stay in the room, we had to go for a walk. All mosquitoes are dead. The traces of the killed mosquitoes were not washed by the predecessors until the end of the holiday, I suspect, and they will not be washed. The canteen is really lacking cutlery and utensils. There is a real problem with glasses, they end in the first half hour from the start of dinner, then they are washed in haste, not of high quality, and are taken out into the hall again. And in general everywhere is dirty, but what do you want? In the same place, men are engaged in cleaning, but for a man what is important when cleaning? - That's right - so that nothing is lying around... Washing the floor and wiping the dust is not a royal business... They don’t know how to cool the air conditioner, they just drive the air, but thanks for that.
Conclusion - OK! During the rest, nothing was missing. If you close your eyes to poor cleaning, then good. Taking one star off for the dirt. We take off half a star for the air conditioning, mosquitoes and some employees. We get 3+ stars and go boldly. If you go to rest, and not to look for problems, go and have a rest! You will like it, but understand that you are not paying a lot... so do not expect a full-fledged ***** from this hotel!
