Because there is a lot of free time (and there is practically no animation in the hotel) - I decided to share my impressions. We wanted to relax in November 2013 with my wife and child on the seas and see corals; Naturally - Sharm El Sheikh. We ourselves live in Poltava, and therefore there was a choice at the point of departure from Ukraine; surprisingly, it was cheaper for us to fly from Odessa - the time is more convenient and cheaper by 200 USD.
From the airport to the hotel - 45 minutes walk (in a straight line - 15 minutes), because other tourists were transported along the road. The hotel was greeted politely and quite expected - there are no more rooms with a sea view. At all. But! For a surcharge of 10 c. u. overnight, this is quite solvable (apparently, someone is forcibly evicted... ) Honestly, the money was squeezed and, as it turned out, for the better! The hotel area is pretty decent, there is where to walk, but the closer to the sea - the noisier and smoky (the fish restaurant is right above the beach). But we got the opportunity, the need to wander through the back streets (you can go outside the hotel, but it’s not interesting - there are foundation pits for new houses around. )
The food at the hotel is pretty monotonous, but if you don't pick and choose, then you get up satisfied and full. We do not indulge in alcohol, but all lovers were merchandised without question. A separate BUT is water: they don’t bring it to the room (on the day of arrival at the bar, they loaded 1.5 liters of water, a small juice and a sprite one time free of charge), so either buy (1 c. u. for two liters) or stock up on restaurants; tea-coffee-milk-cola-alcohol is poured on demand, including on the beach.

The hotel has its own so-called aqua park: three large slides (but everywhere with a very moderate descent speed: my son just stopped in the middle of the pipe several times) and a separate pool for kids. In principle, there are places for children to take; for adults - sun loungers and a mini-bar. The entire territory of the hotel is literally dotted with various pools: heated, with waves, with water volleyball, for children, etc. However, I repeat once again: animation for adults - for 2! Therefore, immediately think about what to do after sunset - from 17:00. By the way, on the beach you will be offered in a whisper both an ordinary and a "special" hookah (the question is in the price and the ability to negotiate).
Unpleasantly surprised by wi-fi: it is not in the rooms, at the reception - 5 dollars for half an hour.
From the pros: we went exactly here for corals and were not disappointed! I must say right away that without a mask with a snorkel, the meaning of coming to the hotel is lost! If you do not have them, you can buy them at the hotel, the price is from 8 to 20 USD. The beach is quite large, divided into several tiers. From the surf and a strip of 10 meters deep - almost calm and sand, redeeming small and weakly floating ones - that's it! The entrance to deep water is through a pontoon (30 meters), so special. slippers are not needed. Where the pontoon ended, there is immediately a depth of 6-8 meters and a solid wall of corals with multi-colored living creatures. The beauty of both corals and fish is amazing! I want to add that tourists from other hotels are specially brought to this beach by yacht-ships to swim near the local corals. So in this regard - you will not regret it! By the way, we swam to the beaches of neighboring hotels, and realized that we still have better corals!
To sum up: if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with thoughtful swimming among coral fish, this is the place for you! But you will not get drive and 100% employment of time here (in November at 17:30 it is already dark).
