Hello! I would like to share my experience with you! We chose this hotel because close to the sea; it is considered 1st line, and good for kids! The check-in went perfectly, calmly, they provided the right to choose a room, and it's FREE!! ! On the day we arrived, there were 6 of us with children, after 3 days the rest of our friends arrived, of whom there were 12 people. I want to note that we were invited to the reception and offered to accommodate our friends next to us, which we were very happy about. We wanted to thank financially the boys at the reception, but they did not even listen to us!!!
Absolutely loved everything about the hotel! I will tell you this: if a person initially goes on vacation with the mood to "look for fleas", then NO normal rest will work! I liked everything and everything! The only and huge drawback is the bitchy, vile and ill-mannered Pegas tour tour operator Nastya Alexandrova!!!!!!!!! ! Guys, this is just an unbearable BEING!
Honestly, I did not find any shortcomings in this hotel. True, there was a little mess with the water, because one day tourists suddenly began to arrive and, apparently, the hotel workers did not have time to arrange everything as expected. Our children for the first few days could not thoroughly familiarize themselves with the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the hotel, and then they found a water park, which is important for a good rest with children, and we did not hear or see our children.

I want to say a few words about nutrition... Some guys were indignant that, they say, for food, one grass and a solid diet. Sorry, but no one promised you cutlets, dumplings, or jelly. People, if you desire such food, then sit by your pots and bowls and cook. Egyptian cuisine completely satisfied me. If my husband ate himself to satiety, which for a second weighs 130kg, then I think that the rest of the comments here are superfluous !! ! And the service is nuuuuuuuuu just on top: you don’t have time to eat, as your plate is already taken away. You show the waiter that you want to put some more food on this plate, and he explains that you can take a clean one and pour whatever you want.
There is a moment that I did not like (that and not only me) !! ! Above, I have already written a couple of lines, but I will make an accent in more detail! This is Nastya Alexandrova from the Pegas tour, who is sitting near the reception. Guys, this is a complete bastard who potentially starts to hate you from the moment you don't buy excursions from her, which are 2-3 times more expensive than from Egyptian guys who personally deal with these excursions!!!!!!!! ! ! ! This Nastya is simply a lack of culture, a nit without much intelligence, a goon, but trying to put herself on the highest scores.
People, if you decide to go on vacation to Sharm, then go and do not think that something bad will happen. Everything is great!!!!! ! A sea of ​ ​ emotions, a sea of ​ ​ impressions, an ocean of smiles. Those who have never had a rest, I would like to advise you to definitely buy you an excursion on a yacht with diving. This is a bomb!! ! It's UNFORGETTABLE!!! Fabulous reefs, amazing fish and wonderful instructors! Just again, do not buy tours at the reception. All this can be purchased on the seashore, on the beach. Unforgettable experience when you fly on a parachute and jump on a tablet !!!!!!!!
And in the end, I want to thank and wholeheartedly wish health, happiness, joy and prosperity to all employees, from governesses to the hotel administration!!!!!!! ! These people value every tourist!!!!!!! !
