The hotel does not have its own access to the sea and there is no shuttle service. We walked through the canyon - it took about an hour. Entrance to the beach is $1, there is another beach 10 minutes walk, but it's deep and the entrance is $5. They don't feed very well. There are no pancakes and scrambled eggs for breakfast. … More ▾ The hotel does not have its own access to the sea and there is no shuttle service. They don't feed very well. There are no pancakes and scrambled eggs for breakfast. I asked repeatedly to do it, they just said they would do it.
The last 2 days there was no hot water.
The room was not cleaned.
The positive is the staff. Mido, Aimen are very polite and always in a good mood.

We arrived at 20.30, we were sent to have dinner, and then settled. There were 2 rooms to choose from. On the second floor, the rooms are smaller and worse, on the first floor - a little more spacious and newer... At the reception - they gave out beach towels (they are changed on request), 1.5 liters of water per person (then you can bring these eggplants and draw water from the cooler there) , bracelets and cups with tea and sugar in sticks. There is a kettle in the room (although it is rusty inside and we did not dare to drink from it)))). Beach towels are decent. The room towels and bed linen are clean, white... There is a mini-fridge, there is an air conditioner - it blows hard, but it buzzes like a tractor and blows right on the bed. There is a TV set, but there is only one channel in Russian. . . No hair dryer.
Restaurant: not everyone has enough tables. Cutlery in individual packages (not always enough, but if you ask the staff, they will bring it right away). Food: You won't go hungry. For breakfast: boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, croissants, vegetables, soft drinks. For lunch and dinner: soup or broth, rice, pasta, sometimes mashed potatoes, meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, desserts. . . The bar is ONLY open during restaurant opening hours. There is a bar at the pool, but there is rarely a bartender there, and when he is, only non-alcoholic drinks are "included" (alcoholic drinks are paid).
The hotel does not have a beach. You can walk to the reef beach (it's a 5-7 minute walk), but it's paid - $ 3 or 50 pounds per person.
The staff is very friendly, the guys are trying, but if, for example, you came to dinner not at 7, but at 8, then there is no alcohol anymore and no matter how friendly the staff is, they can’t do anything about it.
In general, if the price is low, then in order to spend the night, the hotel is suitable, but if you have hopes for an interesting pastime in the hotel, then you are not here...

Definitely the highest rating for 3*. Very cozy hotel, designed for a moderate number of tourists, which is a big plus. Guests remember each other, and a friendly atmosphere is maintained. For the entire holiday, they fed excellently, we talked on different beaches with vacationers, and so the reviews about the food are terrible. We were given an assortment of vegetables: sweet peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fruits: persimmons, plums, apples, tangerines, oranges, limes and lemons. Cooking delicious!! ! Rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, soups. Stewed beef, deliciously fried chicken, fish in different versions. We did not eat sweets, but they were enough. There was also a very tasty kiri-type cream cheese, buns and fruit puffs.
They ate and served as much as they wanted, they took fruits and puffs with them to the room without any problems. At the bar, cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes, pineapple juice and local alcohol. There was no beer, we did not drink local alcohol. There was real coffee.
The pool is small, but very clean. The territory is VERY well-groomed, everything is done with love. It is felt. The rooms are good, cleaning is 2 *, the room had a TV, a kettle, no hair dryer. Bed and towels are clean, bed, mattress and pillow are comfortable. The room was cleaned upon request. Beach towels at the reception changed every day. Drinking water is given at the settlement of 1.5 liters per person, then they were collected in the same bottles at the reception from the cooler. It's not a problem.

There is no beach of our own, but we went to different beaches, sometimes we drove up with buses from neighboring hotels. Near the beach on foot 7 minutes Reef Beach, the entrance fee is $ 3, but you can buy a ticket for $ 1.5 at the nearby Falcon Hotel. Wi-fi at the reception is normal, when there are few people, it catches perfectly. We walked a lot, El mercato promenade 10 min.
walk, Old Town 30 min. walk, taxi $2. At 15 min. Walking distance there is Mango Market where the prices are fixed, lower than everywhere else, there are always discounts on popular goods, mango $ 1.7. I will definitely come back and recommend.

The rooms are large, clean, have air conditioning, a small refrigerator, TV. Wi-Fi is weak, only at the reception. The food is good, as for a triple, a lot of vegetables, fruits, a large selection of alcoholic beverages. The staff is friendly, however, they do not speak Russian, they only know English. The disadvantage is that the beach is far away, you had to get on your own. The beach is well-groomed, but sandy, however, if you go 2-3 km to the right, to a wild beach - it is very beautiful, both the coast and the sea with corals, however, it is difficult to get to the water. If you do not pay attention to the little things, suitable for families with children.
