Shower gel and shampoo were brought to me for the first time after 6 days of my stay and when I complained about the reception, the light in the room worked only in the bathroom and near the bed one lamp, curtains torn, stains, water in the shower does not flow, all in the dust , the paneling on the ceiling is dirty and ragged, I put a towel on the pillow on the first day, because it was scary to go to bed, it was so dirty, ants are constantly crawling in the room.
