Once again, we enjoyed communicating with people - different cultures, traditions, languages ​ ​ - all this is extremely inspiring and saturates with new attitudes. On our departure day, my husband stood up for another family who were supposed to have a comfortable superior room on the second floor overlooking the pool, but they were refused. So he was told that they would deprive our family of food rations upon departure))) And this despite the fact that we have a small child))

Life hacks.

1) Take family rooms only if you are ready every time (for example, from the pool bar to your house) to walk in the sun for an extra 10 minutes.
These houses, as if on the outskirts and away from the entire party territory. For families with children, the option is generally unacceptable - the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. For everyone else, superior rooms are strongly recommended.

2) On the day of departure (if it is late for you), you must leave the room before 12.00 (or pay extra). But if you want to take a shower after the sea, you must be given a key to a free room, where you can change your clothes in peace. Everything would be fine, but my husband, who wanted to use the service, was given the key to a dirty, uncleaned room without a towel. It was a very ugly situation.

3) Do not take excursions from Anex Tour - expensive and pointless. As a tour operator, we absolutely did not like it. They are not able to decide / agree on anything. The transfer to the hotel and back to the airport was excellent. But the rest of the communication is not OK.

Trouble. A child (2.6 years old) brought an intestinal infection.
I’ll note right away that such a situation is possible anywhere, and each of us is responsible when making decisions about traveling to a particular country / resort. But if there was no reaction from the hotel to my letters, the general manager immediately responded on Facebook, expressing regret on this occasion and convincing that such cases were no longer recorded, and high seasonal temperatures, unfortunately, contribute to the growth of all kinds of bacteria. It was important for me to get feedback and confirmation that they were not indifferent to us.
