Rested family of 3 hours with a child of 6 years. Checked in at night at 00-3.07/29/18. Check-in lasted an hour. In the morning we found that the safe was not working and called the reception. An hour later, a representative of the Security Council came and poked around and the safe was closed. It turned out. that the batteries in it were unusable, but they refused to change them, they knocked and that was it - it (the safe) was closed. Batteries are visible in the photo! I will not describe the monotonous food (not for children at all), holes in the curtains, dirty walls and a terrible stench from the sewer, see the photos for yourself - draw your own conclusions. The most unpleasant began the day before departure. We had a departure at 23-00 local time, and the room must be vacated at 12-00. We approached the reception (and as TEZ Tour recommended to us) asked to extend the room until 18-00. The price we were told in advance was 100 euros. Well, ok, we agreed on the street + 42C with a child you can’t sit on the beach. On the day of the extension, we were told to come back in 20 minutes, then 30, then an hour later... in short, it lasted 7 times! as a result, we have already packed up and here is a surprise - sorry, we have a 100% check-in of the Egyptians, we will not help in any way, and already with rudeness. Well, what to do... 9 hours in the lobby. a tortured child and NO Egyptians stopped by. We were sitting in the lobby and saw the arrival of 2 Ukrainian groups (15 p. m. ). It turns out the hotel is half empty and it was necessary to give 200 euros! But ok, what happened, happened. The worst thing awaited us upon arrival home! The SEALED envelope that we left in the safe did not contain $200. Of course, we took 1000 USD with us, just in case, and NEVER before that, nothing was lost from the safe in our hotels, and we didn’t even think of counting it!! ! Shame!!! ! 4 stars? Yes, this eatery does not pull on 1!
The photo shows: an extra bed (we were not given it at the reception, but the person who twisted the towels organized), a bathroom in the room and near the dining room. The walls are dirty, torn curtains and a handle to the balcony, which you don’t even want to take on, torn lamps and walls. Pay attention to how you can wash your feet after the sea!
