Ужас ужасный!!!! Terrible horror!!!!

Usually I choose a hotel myself, I read all the reviews. But this time the circumstances were such that there was no time. The trip was planned quickly, vacation with my parents and my husband.
The TUI travel agent recommended this hotel, we listened. The rooms immediately paid for increased comfort, Superior room.
Upon arrival, we were settled quickly, noooo....these were two-story houses at the very end of the hotel. The rooms in them were not just old, smelly, dead, but just a nightmare! ! I have never seen such a stinky kennel. All the beds are separate for my husband and me and for my parents, there are no glasses in the room, blankets, telephones do not work, no room service for you))) shampoo and gel were used, the toilet, sorry, pissed ????????? ? ? ? like it hasn't been washed for three weeks!! ! Dusty, dirty, broken shower, stinks of sewage. In short, it was scary! We were also with my parents and this trip was for them ????????

At the reception, after our indignation, they said that these are the Superior rooms. I showed on the pictures that these were the Seivers in their hotel, they made us fools, they said with a smile that this is what we booked and in general their hotel is full. Then tears, panic, and decided to complain to the TUI, demanded to change the hotel. Thank God the next day we moved to another hotel and the holiday was saved!
Of course, there are pluses of the hotel: the territory is beautiful, although not large, the sea is gorgeous, the bay is windless, but these are no longer the merits of the hotel itself!
Now I'm reading the reviews and I understand that we weren't the only ones bred like that, paying for an improved room - but a settlement in a barn ! ! Be careful when choosing a hotel for your holiday! (
