Before that they were in Sentido and in Concord. They vowed never to return to Condcord, they wanted to go back to Sentido, but decided to try something new. Therefore, we took a hotel with one fence from Sentido : )
Pros:
- Check-in at 14:00. If you manage to prepare the room earlier, you will be settled. We were seated at 13:00.
We arrived at 12:00, we were put on bracelets and at 12:30 we were sent for lunch.
- The room was near the reception, close to the beach. The rooms are good, even better than in Sentido. Everything works and is clean! There were problems with the shower, they were eliminated within 2 days.
- Near the reception there is a huge heated swimming pool.
- They feed just like for slaughter! HUGE food selection!

I read in the reviews that the food is monotonous, are you serious? Do you cook new types of meat or fish at home every day? They laughed at that, of course.
Always the freshest bread, a lot of side dishes, for breakfast there are fresh vegetables and there are always a lot of fruits. More than 5 types of cheeses and cold cuts. From the amount of sweets, the tables are simply breaking. The food has always been amazing!
- The staff works very hard. Everyone is very responsive, NO terrible intrusive service. Everything in moderation and cool! Rules for Carpet - respected!
- The animation team is awesome and hard at work! The guys are cool and atmospheric, support the fuse and the atmosphere of the holiday.
- The sea is warm, the beach is clean, despite the workload.
- Water aerobics on the beach in the morning, yoga and dancing in the evening.

- Cleaning every day in the morning, at 17:00-18:00 come to change beach towels, also every day.
Minuses:
- Small beach. He's really small.
- Lack of toilet facilities on the beach.
- The gym is a bit old. But since not many people study on vacation, it is not important for many.

Yes, I am writing this in a minus, because every day we heard how our people are indignant at the reception, who are dissatisfied with everything in the world! You know, there is this type - they have water not so blue and chicken not so salty. They paid money for a ticket and want to be given everything and even do what is strictly prescribed in the rules as a ban.
For example, check in at 10 am, because she paid and is tired and wants to sleep, and she is not embarrassed that the check in is at 14:00.
They also like to push everyone in line for food, when everyone is standing peacefully behind each other : )
Of the minuses, I don’t even know what to remember anymore, because there are very, very few of them!
There are a lot of families with children, a heated children's pool and also every day there is an entertainment program even for the smallest, there is a kids club.
Once again - everything is incredibly cool! Cons - minimal.

Staff, food, atmosphere, beach - very high. Discovered this hotel and will come back here again!
