Chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and New Year, having read a bunch of admiring reviews. And sorry! I always go on vacation with a positive attitude and try not to notice the little things, but then I somehow involuntarily compared it with past trips and this hotel lost in everything.
I'll start with the pros:
Good rooms - we were settled in the nearest to the pool, the room is excellent, though we had to wait almost until 14.00.
Clockwork animation team. Almost every day (but more on that later) dancing, water aerobics, yoga, mini disco for children and a program for adults.
We immediately put on bracelets and did not take them off after eviction, you can use the entire infrastructure. They said they could even provide a key to any free room after check-out to take a shower and change clothes.
Cleaning was only when they hung up the bag, the guy seemed to clean up well, they always left a tip. Beach towels changed every evening at 17:00

Nutrition! Here I have a lot of questions, it was very difficult to find something to feed a four-year-old child, and the choice is very poor. Only one type of fish and 2 types of meat (often peppered), it was also difficult to find side dishes for a child without pepper and spices. Seafood is generally sad, I saw them only in a la carte (squid rings), well, at an NG dinner, and in the same a la carte for extra. $55 per person. But, unfortunately, not all of them were tasty, it was impossible to eat seafood soup, they never brought us ravioli, but the guys at the next table complained that they were also tasteless. The rest was delicious.
In the main restaurant, they say in general sadness was over food in NG.
From here I turn to the next fat minus - this is a service. He surprised me a lot, given the rating of the hotel and laudatory reviews. On the morning of the first day in the toilet, a puddle formed at the toilet bowl, they came to the reception, asked to figure it out - no one came, the puddle was in place until the cleaner came. There were no congratulations from the hotel to my DR, although the travel agent indicated in the application, a trifle, but unpleasant. Well, the main disadvantage is NG. All celebrations have been cancelled. And yes, I understand that there is a presidential decree and all that, but when there is a program every day and even on the morning of the 31st, and in the evening there is simply nothing, they even put on such music that sadness is sadness, thanks to the tourists who then turned on their own.

But most of all, I was disappointed that when I ordered an NG dinner in a la carte the day before, I also specifically asked their manager if there would be at least something or did they eat and left? (because we have already received the cancellation letter) He lied to me without batting an eyelid and smiling - do not worry, of course there will be animation, you will meet NG, everything will be fine. This lie hurt the most. I've never seen such "great service" before. It was especially disappointing when tourists from other hotels sent photos and videos from their hotels, where there are tables with a bunch of delicacies and a celebration in full. ((
Separately, I would like to note the main restaurant, where some employees poured food with such discontent as if they were torn from their hearts or you personally ate them, given the price tag of this hotel before NG, this is, to put it mildly, unpleasant. In front of me, a woman asked her to put more cheese, the worker refused, she said that it was for 2 people, then with a sour face she added a little more. Another negative for me is that some employees allow themselves to hit up or flirt with vacationing women.
I also read a lot of reviews about the service in the main restaurant, they say drinks are brought to the table, they remember what you drink. No one approached us during the entire stay. Only the dishes were cleaned and the cutlery was covered. It didn't bother me much, just a statement of fact.
I also read here in the reviews about bathrobes that they were in the room. We didn’t have them, and when I asked at the reception, they told me that they are provided only to guests who have visited the hotel 4 or more times. Well, for the sake of a bathrobe, I definitely will not go there again))
We had a late flight at 22.00, so we asked to extend the room, for which we were given 50 euros until 18.00. Although, upon arrival, I heard that other vacationers were told 25 euros. But they motivated us by saying that there are few places now and we may not be able to extend your number at all, leave your suitcases and use everything that way. But since we have a small child and a late flight, the daytime sleep of the child was critically important to us - they paid.

The beach is small and the sunbeds are back to back, no anti-covid norms are observed on the beach. But they always found a place.
Terrible internet and then only in the lobby, it was not possible to call relatives. I had to buy a sim.

As a result, I’ll say that we make our own rest and of course, all the minuses didn’t spoil it for us, but if I had known all these moments earlier, I would definitely have chosen another hotel! It is definitely not suitable for the holidays.
