This is our fifth time in Sharm. Before that, they were only in five-star hotels. The wife is usually engaged in choosing a hotel. I learned that we were going to the "four" was initially upset. Check-in: arrived in the morning, arrived at the hotel at 9.50 at the reception immediately put on bracelets and we still had time for breakfast. After breakfast, we returned to the reception with a question when they could check us in, and asked to wait until 12-12.30. As a result, the room was found closer to 12-30 (Superior first floor overlooking the pool).

Territory: in general, the territory is well-groomed, all in greenery. The paths are designed competently and conveniently, the hotel is not quite small, the room in which we lived was a minute's walk from the children's room, there was a children's pool across the path, next to it was the main one, both heated pools. It took about a couple of minutes to walk to the restaurant. There is a descent down to the beach. You need to walk to the beach, but you need to walk only 3-5 minutes, not at a fast pace. The descent is partly sandy, partly filled with concrete. In general, not slippery, and not far. Although initially decided that it would be difficult to get. In fact, everything turned out to be quite comfortable. The beach is modest in size, the sunbeds are quite densely located and often everything is busy, but more than once I saw how the beach staff approached the newly arrived vacationers, asked how many sunbeds they needed and within a couple of minutes they delivered the sunbeds apparently from the warehouse. As I understand it, the reef near this and neighboring hotels is one of the most beautiful and densely populated with living creatures in Sharm. Yachts with divers constantly sail here. The beach is sandy. Entry into the water is smooth.
Restaurant: the guys are constantly fussing, did not notice employees shirking from work and strained smiles. Everyone is very polite, attentive and positive. The hotel was quite full, but we never encountered a lack of free tables in the restaurant. Food is constantly served at the distribution, even if there are 10 minutes left before the restaurant closes. That is, even if they came to the closure - all the same, the choice will be complete. The waiters are constantly fussing, but if you need to wipe the table or just call the waiter, someone will definitely help you within a minute. The food is quite varied, a good selection of vegetable, meat dishes. I want to note that there were always several meat dishes (I came across in some hotels (for example, Nubian) that there is only one meat dish, but everything is fine here). There are seafood.
Before entering the restaurant, I noticed an information stand, it is indicated that if you have an allergy, then you need to contact the restaurant and your wishes will be taken into account. Sweets are a good choice. Drinks - two Nescafe coffee machines, a selection of tea bags and alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks at the bar. Glasses in the bar are glass, some are low, some are high. The beer is light, without bitterness, the waiters try to pour it without foam, if there is foam, I saw that they poured the foam into the pan and topped up the beer to a full glass. I was pleased with the original drinks from CocaCola (Cola, Sprite, Fanta), I met (for example, at the Nubian Hotel) variants of local replicas of these drinks (they tasted terrible and were completely different from the original drinks). I was also pleased with the presence of packaged natural juices in the bar. Well, standard colored (most likely artificial) drinks and ice cream.
Bars: Cocktails are made quite tasty. I want to note that alcoholic cocktails are made from fairly high-quality alcohol. In general, alcohol is used high-quality, albeit local. Beer is mostly canned. The bartenders are always polite, even during peak hours. Coffee in bars - professional coffee machines.

Number: we had a superior. There are some signs of wear, but not critical. Everything in the room works, the safe turned out to be broken - they fixed it. Cleaning in the rooms initially did not please, even with a tip, but after a call to the reception, everything immediately changed for the better. The air conditioner works for ventilation, heating and cooling. Sometimes mosquitoes made their way into the room, although they were not noticed on the territory.
I also want to note the quality of the hotel security. Being on a walk in the city, I returned already at night in a taxi, which I just caught from the curb, paid the taxi driver and, almost reaching the room, found that my mobile phone had disappeared. I contacted the hotel security. As I understand it, in about half a minute they looked at the number of the taxi in which I arrived, with me the employee made one call, after which I was asked to wait and after a couple of minutes the taxi car in which I arrived stood in front of the hotel. The phone was found. I had read earlier that hotel security could help, but didn't really believe it. But then such a nuisance happened to me and I saw it with my own eyes. I want to note that it was about one, maybe half past one at night. Nevertheless, my problem was treated promptly, attentively and very politely. The security staff of the hotel took part in solving my problem and it was under the personal control of the security manager Ali, for which I am very grateful to them. I did not expect such attention to the usual visitors of the hotel.
Animation: this is not the first time we have been on the Jaz network, and everywhere we encounter a good level of animation. Guys are positive. They know how to get vacationers, at the same time they are not intrusive. The hands are not pulled. There are many activities for every taste. A good children's room (the child is always happy to run into it herself).
In general: a hotel is always a set of compromises (the hotel owners saved on something, somewhere they didn’t work out, somewhere there were problems with the staff, somewhere not a good location, etc. ). Immediately, I did not notice critical shortcomings, especially those that can spoil the rest. But I came across a lot of positive and attentive staff (I won’t say that everyone is polite and attentive, but most are like that, and that’s enough for me). I liked the location of the hotel, rich in the inhabitants of the reef. Good food, no frills, but you definitely will not stay hungry. In general, I really liked this combination, to be honest - this is a four that pleasantly surprised me. The main thing is that the rest in this hotel was enjoyed by the whole family.
