Before leaving, I read a lot of reviews about Iberotel Club Fanara, but alas, I didn’t take all the negative reviews to heart, I think this is my fault. and now they seem to be stuck) Now, before choosing a hotel, I will read the negative, and only then the positive. And yes, my big mistake was that I didn’t pay much attention to the fact that only one tour operator Mostravel works with Iberotel Club Fanara & Residence4 *, and for some reason all other strong tour operators on the market do not work with Iberotel Club Fanara & Residence4 *, apparently the reason is that this hotel does not pull with 4 *, it pulls no more than 3 * I will tell you my unforgettable vacation at the Iberotel Club Fanara. It all started with rice-millet, the room for which we paid (from the tour operator when buying) Superior Room they gave us the wrong one, they gave us a small 10m where there were 3 beds. We asked to change they said no rooms. In general, after I asked the senior manager to call me and call the guide Islan (a very adequate young man), they gave us a room, but for some reason 2 local. $, the guys who rested there agreed from $ 120-150 whoever agrees). And so if you don’t give money and don’t swear, then they will give you a number at 10m. On the 3rd day of our stay at the hotels, when we left for the old city (we took a taxi from the hotel, apparently when you leave for an excursion, all the staff already know about it), when we got home, we found that 2 packs of cigars were missing, but of course they didn’t attach any importance to this, they waved their hand, but the very next day we discovered the loss of $ 500, pulled out of the suitcase (room number 6112) which was under lock and key (they didn’t put money in the safe, it opened after 5 minutes as you pulled out the batteries, and we read reviews that someone was pulled out of safe money) I turned to Islam, he called the guards, 7 people came running and began to search the room and suitcases. They didn’t find anything, they said we’ll conduct an internal investigation and let you know. I called the tourist support hotline in Moscow and they told me that if they don’t find it, call the police. 2 days later I did just that. I went up to the Guide and said call the police, he called somewhere and then said that they say the police were busy and would not come, they would have to go to the police themselves, and it was already dark at 8 pm, I refused. The money was never found. The most important thing is that they themselves returned alive and well) Further, I will tell you everything in the cut.
Food - we liked it, the choice is not large, but tasty. True, there are a lot of people, the queues were 10 minutes long, you could stand, and for pasta, in general, all 15 minutes. And you still have to try hard to find a clean plate, the first time few people succeeded))))) (they wash the dishes badly)
Swimming pool- Shizlong should be taken in the morning, after lunch there are no empty seats at all.

Sea-Class, insanely beautiful fish, reefs, but the beach is small already at 8 in the morning there are no places, we sat on the pebbles right on the shore on a mattress and on a towel, but it didn’t bother us. The bar is not convenient to run up the stairs with a glass of water or beer, especially since they didn’t give plastic glasses at sea, but they gave disposable small ones. to the pool (not very convenient) The ascent was straining to be honest, especially going back when the sun is still bright and things are in hand. It’s not convenient at all with water, there are 3 coolers in total, they didn’t even give a bottle upon arrival, I had to buy it at the bar (divorce, whether you want to buy it or not, it’s better to take a container with you)

To sum up, we paid 66.000 rubles for 2 adults and a child 5 years old for 11 nights, believe me this hotel is not worth that kind of money and it doesn’t pull on 4 *, it barely pulls on 3 * (due to food) We basically went for the sake of the sea and bask in the sun, we got everything we wanted. Fish fill up for a long time. Most importantly, we recharged ourselves with the sun for the winter, gained strength, and we will earn money. Our child had a runny nose for 2 weeks did not pass, they arrived in a day. So, this is how fun we had a rest with Phanar.
