In Egypt for the first time, there is nothing to compare, I don’t even know if I would go to this hotel a second time. Its location is convenient: half an hour to the airport (no planes were heard), 15 minutes by taxi and NAama Bay. The staff works very hard to make you feel good. There are gardeners, security, locksmiths (after a series of thefts they screwed the safes with additional screws to the cabinets), cleaners, pool and catering staff and they all try to make you feel good. The cleaning in the room is good, we really left a dollar, the beds were changed every day for clean, wet cleaning. Dining room service is good and fast. The pools are cleaned every day and in the morning the water is crystal clear and warm : ). Food for an adult without complaints, you can choose what to eat, everything is fresh, thank God there were no poisoning. A 6-year-old child did not eat anything except vermicelli and chicken. Drink water in coolers - I don’t want to, we bought water in the room for $ 1-1.5 liters in the store, since the bar in the room is paid. Insects are not. They are poisoned there every evening from a balloon. What did not like. The rooms in the residence are old, dead, though everything works, but. The hotel area is elongated and the sea is really far from this very residence to walk. And of course we got into such heat that we didn’t go on excursions, and without it the hotel is boring and monotonous. Animators work poorly, only for Italians. The entrance to the sea is very convenient, I really don’t know how to swim, so I didn’t see corals, but the fish swam around, it’s enough to go in waist-deep. In short, the hotel bribed the service, but let down the rooms in the residence and boredom.
