Everything in the hotel is clearly 3-star, especially with regard to service and food, although the room is good, the renovation is good. I don't know if the pools were heated, we didn't swim there. There were no shops nearby, but there was a good interchange, it was not necessary to call a taxi, for 5 pounds on public transport you can go anywhere you want, to the old city, to the new city.
