We rested at the hotel from March 25 to April 1.2018. 2 adults, 2 children (8 years and 7 months).
The hotel is close to the airport, so they brought us first - this is one of the few pluses of this hotel.
We settled quickly, the smiling receptionist assured us that he was giving us a very good room, because we were with a small child (we paid for the deluxe panoramic Sea View). He gave one sheet with coupons for ice cream (18 pcs), and then "become generous" for one more, again mentioning the child. By the way, we were perfectly informed that we were entitled to 36 coupons (at the rate of 2 coupons for 3 people for 6 days of rest). And why this performance?

In general, they took us to our deluxe (2207). When we saw the room and looked out from the balcony, we asked if they had made a mistake and if this was really our panoramic. The fact is that the panoramic view is blocked by the elevator tower. Nevertheless, without unpacking our suitcases, we decided to spend the night there, as we arrived late and had no time for resettlement.
And this evening we had the opportunity to fully "enjoy" the delights of the deluxe ..
1) the room is frankly dirty, it was unpleasant to touch anything. In the shower, the glass door was stained with some substance, one would like to hope that it was hair balm.
The mirror is dirty, the faucet is stained with dried water stains and toothpaste. They brought a crib (rather a playpen) - the net is all dirty. And so on and so forth.
2) The toilet did not flush well, and the bathroom smelled of an unwashed toilet.
3) the air conditioner in this room is not digital, and it was broken - there were two modes - cooling, which froze us and the rumble did not let us sleep, or off mode.
4) the kettle is broken - had to hold down the button to boil.
5) the shower was broken - the water set up for 20 minutes with a screaming child in her arms. Constantly knocked out the manual mode and cold water poured on my head.
With all these claims, we went to the reception, we wanted to talk with Inga (Guest relation), whom we learned about from the reviews.
The receptionist told us that Inga was on vacation, and that we should sit and wait - they would help us. Wait, come back again. Already another manager, allegedly the most important at the reception, assured that he would help, but we had to wait. As a result, we waited for Inga from the "vacation".
Thanks Inge, she really helped. She admitted all the shortcomings, but most importantly, she helped with the resettlement - she showed 3 rooms of our category to choose from. So we settled in 4416, where everything worked, and the view was pleasing : )

At the hotel, lunch as part of all inclusive is served in 2 restaurants - Liwa and by the pool, and there is a menu choice by the pool. However, the waiters are blatantly ignored unless you are Italian or German. It was possible to wait up to half an hour until they come to you for an order, and then half an hour until the food is brought.

A long-eared waiter who pours drinks at the bar several times "recommended" us to go to Liwa - because they are apparently too lazy to serve, or simply out of disrespect for Russians and Ukrainians.

The animation at the hotel is not great, but the animators are trying very hard. In general, they are funny and friendly guys.

I don't recommend this hotel, there are much better options. Last year, for example, we rested at the Sultan Gardens Resort - the food is better, the rooms are better, and most importantly, the service is much better!
But if you still decide to go or have already booked, here are some tips:

1) Lunch is definitely recommended at the cafe by the pool. Give a dollar and the attitude will be beautiful.
I recommend trying the seabass with rice, the burger is also good. You can order 2 meals per person.
2) Espresso is served at breakfast as part of the all inclusive, but they themselves do not offer it - know what you are supposed to!
3) I advise you to use a hotel taxi - the prices are adequate, the drivers are polite, the cars are normal.
Third-party taxi drivers will still be deceived, and you will go in a pigsty.
4) Inga is well done, contact her in case of emergency. You can find it in the reception area.
5) mini-bar is paid, there is a safe, free of charge.
6) bath cosmetics are updated daily, but they are of very poor quality.
7) I advise you to order a photo session with a local photographer - I did not expect that the pictures would come out so good. Still, the area and the panorama are beautiful. The cost of photos is 5 dollars per frame (the more photos you take, the cheaper), they can print it out and put it on a USB flash drive.
8) our people (Slavs) have a big problem - to take sunbeds by hanging towels on them. And sometimes even more than they need, so as not to drag their sunbed from the shade to the sun, but simply transfer their body from one to another. We came to the beach late, when most of the people had already left, and the towels continued to "sunbathe". Here is such a paradox - the beach is empty and full at the same time.
9) alcoholic drinks, probably like everywhere else, are diluted. But beer went all the way, unlike wine.

10) from the reception at 21:00 every day goes shatal bass to Namaza Bay. But even if you are in Egypt for the first time, there is no point in going there - you will not see anything but shops with Chinese souvenirs and rude sellers. I recommend a trip to Soho Square ($15 for a hotel taxi in both directions) - it's nice there, the shops are decent, the sellers don't bother. I recommend the Aladin Arts&crafts store - there are really unique handmade souvenirs, but not cheap ones. The seller said that there is a similar store in Namaza Bay.
11) don't buy Egyptian wine! At least in tourist places and around hotels. The probability that you will stumble upon an expensive non-edible substance is close to 100%.
12) Do not buy sweets in packages! Only by weight, after trying.
13) be careful with sweets from Liwa in cups (white or other color liquid)!
Give preference to baked goods.
14) Fresh in Movenpick is expensive - a little more than 3 dollars. For comparison, in Sultan Gardens for a dollar.
15) carefully read reviews and comments when choosing a hotel. I ignored several negative reviews and made a very wrong choice. I really don't want to go to Egypt now. It is very surprising that there are so many positive reviews about the hotel - either we were so unlucky, or our people have very low standards.

There will be questions - I will help in any way I can)
