I’ll start with the good. I chose the hotel and upon arrival I saw everything the same as in the photo: a wonderful hotel, its location in the bay, bays, a beach with sandy access to the sea, oriental style of architecture, but I didn’t like the service.
The hotel bakes its own bread - delicious! The hotel is famous all over the coast for its ice cream - delicious!
The hotel has a gym, courts, horseback riding, a lifeguard, a diving center, but only a gym is available in the All in system, and tennis is available if possible.
The sea is magnificent.
A good security system, but they will follow you if you want to lie by the pool at 10 o’clock in the evening and obsessively come up to you and ask if everything is fine with you.
From the bad:
1. The guide did not appear either at the beginning of the race or at the end, and this despite the fact that our flight was delayed for 2 days.

2. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception (not Inga) does not understand the scoreboard of the Sharm el-Sheikh airport.
3. They settled us (non-smokers) in a smoky room with terrible noise from a working children's pool. When asked if we could choose a room ourselves, we were refused, although the hotel was 1/5 full in mid-May.
4. Room cleaning, if you leave a dollar (little), they will express their dissatisfaction, they will not put tea, coffee and shampoos, the same with the waiters, they will snort and leave.
5. If you came on the All inc system - bartenders and waiters treat you with disdain, you need to ask for everything. Coffee is only soluble, only upon departure we read on a leaflet with information that it turns out at breakfast we could ask for a cappuccino once a day or something other than Nescafe in a bag, we were not offered this, but the tea and coffee that they wore needed was constantly waiting.
6. The kitchen is disgusting, meager (there was no seafood), it was not tasty, and besides, we were very poisoned, suffered from day 3 until the end of the check-in day and night. I ate rice, tomatoes, and if there was beef gravy. Husband ate only macaroni and cheese. The declared Italian cuisine is simply ridiculous....
7. A la carte restaurants - ordered dinner, came, no one met us - not a soul, a dirty room in the leaves, an empty bar, went to the dining room.
8. There is no ice cream in the bars near the sea - you need to go up to the pool.
9. Animators behave disgustingly, bathe in clothes in the pool, the guy from Azerbaijan (Khan or something similar) constantly asked to take him a drink. Lena and the girl who does yoga on the beach - there are no complaints about them.
10. Very noisy general ventilation system in the room.
11. The hotel does not pull on 5 stars for food and service.
12. Not justifiably expensive. For that kind of money, and we paid $1.440 for two, we didn't get any food, attitude, or even a cup of natural coffee.... It's sad.
