Settled in quickly. The room was given in the farthest corner and on the highest tier (so that it would be convenient for children to jump up the stairs, apparently).
From the pros: an interesting layout of the hotel: built as an amphitheater over the sea. The territory is moderately landscaped and well-groomed. There are 2 lifts to go down to the pool and the main restaurant. Of the minuses, with children and the elderly it is not convenient to overcome many steps up and down every day. There is a pantone in the sea, there is a sandy entrance. Beautiful reef.
The animators are very pleasant, not intrusive, while involving in all activities carried out at the hotel.
That's all of the pluses.

And then - the rooms, their cleanliness, food in the restaurant, the attitude towards guests from the management - a maximum of C grade. The rooms are in oriental style, beautifully designed. But, the furniture is old, the equipment in the room did not work for us (TV remote control, refrigerator, shower adjustment, light in the shower). Dirt: all the dust and dirt is smeared on the floor with a rag, the rest of the surfaces are not wiped, the mirrors are stained and remain, no one changed the beds for 7 days, I had to go for clean towels on my own. The second day there was no cleaning in the room, the husband already went to throw out the garbage himself, and the manager at the reception shrugged his shoulders and said, "do you need clean towels? " Not! I need a completely clean room, and not with a slight touch of a sandstorm....Only a supply of water and tubes of shower gel are replenished. Slippers, bathrobes, this is not about this hotel at all.
Restaurant: food quality is not bad (no one got poisoned, the stomach did not hurt), but very monotonous and the choice is not great. Spaghetti is already impossible to look at. Desserts are good, but again not 5 stars. The restaurant is filthy. The set table may be covered in sand and grease stains, the waiter boys are in no hurry to wipe. Lunch is declared from 12.30 to 16. In fact, from 13 to 15, they do not warn about this. Declared tea and cakes at the pool bar from 16 to 17, too. The bartender says "cakes, what? We don't understand what you mean. " The staff is generally friendly exactly until the question “where is what we are supposed to? ” arises, then they begin to be frankly rude, say - these are not questions for us, send to the managers at the reception, but they either freeze with a smile or without smiles say "change the hotel", and this, I repeat, when you ask about what should be within the framework of their own stipulated service. I'm not saying that for 5 stars the service is very poor. In general, a hotel up to 5 stars needs to work on the cleanliness of the premises, work with the staff, update the furniture, and refresh the territory, upgrade the menu. The hotel left the impression of such a good Soviet Black Sea sanatorium, but not an oriental 5-star hotel, somewhere to squeeze, somewhere to miss, the sediment is unpleasant, although the hotel has potential with the right approach to management.
