We rested with a large group at the end of November! We arrived in the morning, and we were immediately offered to have breakfast, for an additional fee (breakfast $ 9) !! ! The first time we encountered this in an Egyptian hotel !! ! So much food is left and thrown away! And you have to pay for the egg and coffee....
Rooms: the rooms are good, with a gorgeous view! For our room, we gave $ 20 at the reception, we were settled quickly on the very top tier with a gorgeous view! They didn’t want to change to a lower one, because I prefer to walk! All rooms in this hotel have sea views. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was changed 1 time, the towels were also not changed often, but just the same ones folded...
Territory: beautiful, well-groomed, clean.
Beach: there are 5 of them. We mostly went to 1 and 4. Beautiful corral. Boring, no music and entertainment.
Swimming pool: large beautiful, cold!! ! The heating was turned on only on November 30!

Animation: disgusting. Evening programs are just tin. It seems that the animators wrote scripts for their scenes stoned or drunk. Animators constantly offer to buy marijuana or hashish from them... they shoot cigarettes and ask you to pour alcohol on the stump. Boring and not interesting. We were saved by the fact that the company was big, we had fun as we could ourselves). The animators did not particularly agitate anyone for volleyball, we had our own volleyball team))).
Meals: the choice is rather poor, but we were not hungry, there are no snacks at the hotel, only breakfast, lunch, dinner. Ice cream on coupons (it's just tin, I've never seen such rednecks anywhere). I have more than half of these tickets left, I don’t eat much ice cream, ))) but if you don’t have it with you, they won’t give you ice cream! And if you want two types of ice cream in one cup, then send 2 tickets))) I don’t see the point in these coupons!!!
Service: chose this hotel to relax and celebrate two birthdays. The tour company made a note about my holiday, I personally warned on the eve and on my birthday. But what was our disappointment when they forgot to prepare a table for us in the evening !!!
The waiters in the bars on the beach and in the lobby bar are rude, not happy, it seems that they are pouring their own Coca-Cola or beer. I pour beer into a used glass, explaining that there are no extra glasses and they need to be washed. The dishes are dirty, everywhere, like plates in a restaurant, and glasses in bars... They won’t give nuts to a child, explaining that they are for alcohol). Friendly staff only in the main restaurant! At the pool bar, the waiters are nervous when you order for free (not on a paid menu), they swear and resent in their own way.
The concept of the hotel: it is very annoying to constantly ask what room you are from !! ! If you dine at the pool bar or 1st beach bar, you will have to pay for lunch at the main restaurant! And vice versa! It would be better to wear bracelets! On the last day (departure day), the room was handed over as expected at 12:00, and then we all realized that even plain water was paid (the first time this happened) !! ! Also, there was already a paid lunch and everything else.
Conclusions: a quiet, calm hotel with a beautiful area, with a beautiful view from the rooms, a gorgeous reef with a terrible concept, a lot of goon! Boring!
