Our impressions are very different from some of the particularly negative reviews about this hotel. The impression that we rested in a parallel reality : ).
The six of us rested: me and my husband, my dad and his wife and my two children (6 years old and almost 2 years old). Half an hour after arrival (about 9 am) for extra. We were settled for a fee. We were given 2 adjoining rooms with a door between the rooms, on the 5th floor.
There are no bathrobes, the furniture is worn out... Otherwise, everything is fine. They immediately asked for one more bottle of water per day in the room and this was done all the time of our holiday without reminders. Just as quickly they changed the light bulb that burned out once in the room (immediately after we said this).
They also offered to kill mosquitoes in the room, but we refused, because one of the children is allergic.

We immediately appreciated the location of the room: the balconies of the rooms on the fifth floor are surrounded by greenery, and there is no noise of hotel life here (which cannot be said about the first floor). Who travels with kids and strollers like us, DON'T FEAR the 5th floor, but rather look closely at the hotel "from the satellite" on the maps on the Internet: the path from the reception towards Naama Bay has a number of branches. Each of them leads to the floor below, the penultimate turn - to the main restaurant, the last - to the 4th beach (the most popular among vacationers with children). Those. "jumping with a stroller and an inflatable ring on the steps" is not necessary ! ! and even closer to the beach (it seemed to us : )). Our youngest liked to ride the elevator with a window, so we went down the elevator, and we had to go up to it with 17 steps in 3 flights. Every time we carried the stroller over them, the attendants (if anyone was around) offered to help! I tried to always go down on foot. The steps are comfortable, but there are turns where you need to be careful. Total 130 steps (like 6th floor)
Regarding nutrition:
For children, there is always a vegetable soup with small pieces and the same grated vegetable. Both without spices at all and without salt. For breakfast, eggs in any form, pancakes, corn flakes, rings and balls. Milk is cold and hot to them, as well as various jams, sweet sauces and gravies, milk porridge, pudding. Always fresh vegetables in pieces and in the form of green salads, always sausages, stewed vegetables (with different amounts of spices, but for breakfast with the least), pickled vegetables, soup (except for children)... My daughter took scrambled eggs and cottage cheese in the morning (sour-salty mass for salads) and added jam. For lunch and dinner, there are more meat dishes (stewed beef, liver, cutlets, stewed chicken, fried, grilled, fried fillet, duck... ), fish, salads with shrimp or squid. Once in 10 days there were crabs. Dinner is a themed dish. And yes, pasta was 3 times a day. My dad dislikes spices most of all in our company, but even he always found something to eat. there are always dishes with a very moderate amount of spices. Therefore, we never got to pasta. (And those who write that there is nothing to eat besides pasta, let them write what they lacked). From fruits: red and yellow grapefruit, melon, oranges, tangerines, apples, guava, bananas, persimmons (a table in the middle of the hall, and in the morning - a little further than pasta) all in pieces. This suited us, because. I didn't always want to eat it. From drinks: fresh juices (guava, pineapple, mango, orange), standard fanta / cola / sprite, fruit water. And also in the mornings black coffee or with milk (milk jugs on the tables), interesting fruit cocktails (a person is standing at the entrance with a tray). There are highchairs for children, but large chairs are quite suitable for a 2-year-old.
The waiters are smiling, polite and quite attentive. Dirty tables / appliances / napkins and other things we did not come across.

Most of all, I was pleased with the dining room schedule: breakfast 6.30-10.30, lunch 13.00-15.00, dinner 18.30-22.00. Due to the long time for eating, it was not necessary to change the child's regimen. At the chocolate hour (16.00-17.00) were once. But since we dined closer to three and dined deliciously, then we didn’t feel like chocolate anymore... The same thing with ice cream - we ate it in the evening if we stayed after dinner at the hotel, and didn’t leave for a walk. We gave some of them to my son's girlfriend, because. didn't get to eat that much.
The animation on the beach is rather weak: stretching around 11.00, volleyball in the afternoon. After stretching, children were collected for various games, but this was not of a permanent nature. 2 days before our departure, music and animators were added to the fourth beach. A big plus in my opinion! What the pool was not aware of, we were almost not there. In the evenings - standard entertainment until 23.00. Those who are eager to continue the evening are taken to night discos.
On Mondays, there are excursions for children to the stables and the local vegetable garden.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, and we will recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances.
