During the year there are some changes not for the better, if last year it was 5, this year it is a solid 4. In general, the hotel is very good for families with children. But, they say, the owner has changed this year, accordingly they began to save on food (it is very high quality, but less diverse than last year), less fruit, not such a variety of sweets, the branded delicious ice cream Movenpick was replaced by Nestle. Of the minuses for me - paid normal coffee during the day (or free instant Nestle).
For a year, the children's room has not been updated, although it is families with small children who go to the hotel, it is high time to make repairs.
The hotel management feels better than vacationers, they occupy the best places in the restaurant and can have lunch and dinner for 1-1.5 hours (this was not the case last year), especially for them, the chefs take out whole fresh fruits, etc. , which is not for guests.

Animation is of course weak, like last year. It can be seen that the girls are trying, but they are not allowed to make loud noise, turn on music, arrange discos. Of course, they offer to go to the wild Naama Bay, but this is not for families with children.

The area and location of the hotel allow you to make a disco or some kind of entertainment program in the evening in the area of ​ ​ ​ ​.4-5 beaches, which would not interfere with vacationers at all and would only be a plus for the hotel.
Therefore, I think that the hotel needs to work a little on the service and food in order to bring it back to an above average level. Since today, I think that the price is too high, and the service is at the level of Nubian Village and Concorde, which are cheaper.
