Hello! I want to leave a positive review about the hotel M? venpick. We traveled with a small child at the end of January. We were given a beautiful room with a great view of the sea and the pool. The rooms are not new, of course, but everything is clean and tidy. Cleaning was carried out every day, but the room was decorated (hearts, balls, flowers) for exactly half the rest, despite the tips left. This, of course, is not a big minus, but I'm a girl, I like everything to be beautiful ??? ? on request, we were provided with bathrobes, slippers, for which special thanks (for me it is very comfortable on vacation). The territory itself is very large, a lot of beautiful flowers. When choosing a hotel, I doubted a little whether it would be convenient to go down the stairs with a child and a stroller. I will say right away that everything is very convenient, thought out, there are elevators, a path to any beach, we drove there with a stroller without any problems. We chose mainly 4th beach, there is a good sandy entrance and depth. When leaving the hotel, there were many steps to the promenade, but the guards always offered to help us with the stroller. The territory has its own greenhouse, stables, tennis court. I was very pleased with the pool, as for winter, the water was 26 degrees, my baby swam almost every day. Food is a separate issue, everything was very tasty. Delicious pastries, cream soups, 3 times there were seafood. Yes, there were no strawberries, but it didn’t upset me, we bought it for a dollar behind the hotel. There are high chairs for small children, the waiters are always very attentive, the girl Anna with the chef also approached us, they were interested in whether everything was delicious, what our wishes were. Special thanks to Inge and Anna for extending the room before departure (we had a late check-out at 17:40). We were also settled on the first day before 14:00 (we arrived at 8:00). The hotel has a good photographer, a little expensive, but we were satisfied with the photos (there is something to compare, in Tunisia the photographer was not very good). I would say that this hotel is ideal for families with children. There are no slides in the pool, but it is always calm, Music is not loud, there is a playground, a children's center. For my birthday, we were given a cake with a postcard, a trifle, but nice ??? ? in general, there was enough food, drinks, the only thing is that delicious coffee (latte, espresso, cappuccino) is not all day, but only in the morning. During the day, only Nescafe is free. Animation in those days that we went was good (belly dance). Can't say for the rest, we've been there 3 times. I recommend this hotel to families with children. Will we be back for sure??????????????? ?
