The hotel is disgusting and disgusting. I had a big request in advance to have a bigger balcony, since we were relaxing with a small child, and in the evening we couldn’t go anywhere, then the child was sleeping, and my husband and I were sitting on the terrace. The location of the room was disgusting, because they knew that we were with a small child, but they settled us on the 3rd floor, we constantly dragged the stroller, it was, of course, not convenient. The rooms are old, worn out, but I usually never pay attention to the number. Disgusting, dirty, vile crib, more like a playpen + there was no mattress, they brought some old mattress from the sofa. Terrible, very dirty and old kids club, there are no toys there, but that's not the worst, they don't even clean the floors. I am a picky eater, I did not like the food in this hotel, I am not interested in pasta, gravy, roasts and the like. The food is canteen. Our tourists took side dishes, meat, that is, it was all there, but I was not interested in all this. Seafood was 1 time per week. But they even manage to spoil the crab, I don't know what to do to spoil the crab. I took 5 crabs, usually I leave nothing, I take as much as I need, but I could not imagine that the crab can be digested so much that it turns into cotton wool. Their fried fish was not bad. They had not bad dishes, one day they can make a delicious Wellington, and the other day they can make a not bad duck, so there were not bad dishes, but this is one dish for the whole day. The advantage is that they go to meet the wishes that I expressed in advance. But, if my child ate from a common table, then it would be a disaster, because every day, the children's table looked like this: lunch and dinner - in one pan - boiled zucchini with carrots, in the second - some kind of vegetable puree incomprehensible orange color, soy sausages, fried potatoes and pizza. And everything else from the common table - with spices. Chicken soup one day was normal, the next day it was very spicy, that is, it is not always possible to feed a child with it. Of the fruits, there was only an edible melon, there was nothing more than apples. No mango, no strawberry. In terms of money, this hotel pulls in a good five, and in terms of service and food - a four or a very weak five. The location of the hotel is chic, you leave the hotel, go down the stairs, and after 20 minutes of a calm step you are in the center of Naama Bay. Also, I want to say that you need to go there in the low season, we rested from March 7 to March 21, at first it was quiet, because it was mostly Ukrainians who rested, but Kazakhs come from the second half of March, they are loud, arrogant, noisy. The hotel itself is calm, family, at the beginning of the holiday there was no dirt, no screams, no queues in the dining room, at the end everything was the other way around. We did not meet the guide. We didn’t go on excursions, we just went karting in Sharm el-Sheikh, which is the largest in Egypt, it was very cool, but you can’t take this trip from the guide, as their prices are very high. I also want to note the staff The hotel has very cool, incomparable staff, but not all, but 2 out of 3. Initially, we agreed on everything with the girl Zhanna before arrival, she was very kind. When we arrived, Zhanna was not there, but there was a middle-aged woman Inga, she speaks simply ugly. As much as she is amiable with foreigners, she has always behaved with me not pleasantly. She perceived every request of mine as an insult, as if I were straining her, and she also did not mind relaxing here. She answered me with such an expression as if "you are resting here anyway, you could not bother me with your requests", the rest of the staff is good.
