We rested with a family with a child (6 years old) in July 2019. Very beautiful hotel, territory, sea, beaches - everything is very beautiful. We arrived in the morning, the guy at the reception immediately said that they had check-in only after 14:00, but for a small surcharge he settled us right away. The rooms are made in Egyptian style, very colorful! All rooms with sea view, for which the hotel deserves an extra plus! The furniture is not new, but solid, nothing falls apart and does not fall off!
There are comments on the hotel system itself, since it can hardly be called All inclusive, it is rather accommodation with 3 meals a day. For example, coffee-tea only for breakfast, the rest of the time - for an additional fee, ice cream on coupons, 2 scoops per day per person!! ! But this is rather a minus of the hotel management, as they save a lot on such trifles. Chocolate hour, which is held in the lobby near the reception - one name, poor choice and not very tasty, expected more. The restaurant does not have a wide variety of dishes, but we did not go hungry.
The staff deserves special attention, as everyone (except the guy who cleaned the room) is sooooo friendly and helpful!! ! Girls from gestrelation constantly communicate with vacationers and respond to all comments! The waiters in the main restaurant are just great! Already on the 2nd day they knew what drinks we were drinking and while we were choosing food, the drinks were already on the table!

Who will have lunch on the first day of their stay at this hotel, keep in mind that on the day of departure you no longer have the right to lunch! This was an unpleasant surprise. Those. you vacate your room before 12:00 and everyone sits in the lobby, waiting to be picked up at the airport.
On the last evening before our departure, the lock in the room broke, we had to wait for 1.5 hours at the reception until they opened it and changed it to a new one, but the guys reacted promptly, and in the form of compensation they offered to extend the room until the moment of our departure, as well as lunch, which we did not rely on the last day.
In general, I really liked the rest, if you go to rest, and not look for flaws.
I can safely recommend this hotel!
