The hotel clearly does not deserve its 5 stars. For 5 stars in the hotel, only the territory, architecture and the sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel itself. I also liked the work of Guest relation in the person of Inga and Alexandra. This is where all the pleasant moments of relaxation end.

The hotel has a very strange All Inclusive system. For example, lunch either at the main restaurant or at the pool bar. If you go to one restaurant and you don't like something, you won't be able to go to another. The food in the main restaurant is very poor. There is almost no choice. After a couple of days of rest, I almost didn’t want to go to dinner or lunch. For breakfast, tea and coffee are served by the waiters.

Coffee from the coffee machine only for money. All drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) need to be ordered to the waiters, and sit and wait until they bring it. Even the usual french fries, which are freely available in all other hotels, are prepared on special order! The All Inclusive system works from the moment of check-in until 14.00.
That is, if you have a late flight, then you will not even be given free water, not to mention lunch or dinner.

And watch out for the paid minibar, from which, in a strange way, juice or cola may disappear, and upon check-out you will be billed for this. Ice cream is only on coupons, and this is not the level of a 5-star hotel.

Evening shows are boring, the work of the animators is not visible at all, and we saw the animators themselves on the 3rd or 4th day of our stay at the hotel. And if you plan to go on vacation to this hotel, be sure to learn English, because the staff only speaks it, with the exception of 2 people at the reception and Guest relation.
