The hotel is great! The buildings are built in a cascade and you can really see the sea from every room. The room that they gave us (I want to note at no extra charge) was recently renovated. View from the room to the bay and Naama Bay. Excellent, very comfortable beds. The room has a standard set - a safe, a TV, a refrigerator, which is also a mini-bar (though for an additional fee), a hairdryer, a tea table (tea, coffee) is not paid extra. The air conditioner in the room is almost silent (I want to say for the first time), the working air conditioner did not bother with its hum even at night. I don’t know if it was lucky or in all rooms, but I didn’t hear anyone complain.
In the bathroom: soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion, shower cap and natural mini luffa washcloth. Slippers and bathrobes were a pleasant surprise (which is a rarity in Egypt), all towels are of very good quality and in excellent condition. Looking ahead, I want to note that the beach towels are all in perfect condition and of the same highest quality as the bed linen (which will be changed only upon request). The dishes in the restaurant and bars (except for the beach bar) are also of excellent quality and in perfect condition (no cracked, chipped, filthy, etc. ). In the beach bar, the glasses are a bit shabby and what I didn't like was the way they are washed? The bartender just rinses them under the tap, no disinfection.

The territory of the hotel is small, well-groomed, beautiful. There is nowhere to walk in the hotel itself, BUT ! , the promenade to Naama Bay is incomparable. Beaches. There are really 5 of them. Quite small, there are sandy and antler entrances. The sunbeds are already old, but wooden, very comfortable. Not a single one was seen broken. I want to warn you that if you want to take a sunbed by the sea, and indeed on the beach, then you need to get up early, because by 8 o’clock almost everything is already taken, especially on the beaches that are closer to the hotel). People start going to the beach at dawn. During our visit, the hotel was almost fully booked.
The beaches are well maintained and clean. But there are no toilets, the nearest one is in the hotel by the pool. There was never such a thing that swimming was forbidden during our stay there, although there were winds and it was forbidden to swim in other hotels (information from other tourists). The bay is really windless.
The reefs are very beautiful. I read negative reviews about this, but I can say that they are not fair. Those who write poorly, probably did not sail further than the beach and the paths to enter the sea. We are fond of snorkeling and already have something to compare. Yes, it is not deep there, but coral islands of various shapes and sizes, coral bays are very beautiful with a variety of marine life. There is something to see. We saw there large turtles and squids, lionfish, a large gray stingray, moray eels and much more.
Animation. We were not bored, so we didn’t really need it, but the guys work in good faith. That's noticeable! Exercise, water aerobics, water polo, darts, yoga, evening animation, various competitions, it's all there. Invite to entertainment events politely and unobtrusively.
Service. Well, there are some problems here. They can clean the room or they can not clean it, or they can pretend to do what they cleaned)

Somewhere else, someone’s dishes can stand on the parapet after dinner in the room, and not be cleaned for a couple of days.

The hotel has 3 restaurants; main, Arabic cuisine restaurant, Indian cuisine restaurant. The main one is understandable, I don’t want to spray. A la carte - two others. As a bonus, you can visit the Arabic cuisine restaurant 1 time for free and take 1 meat dish and one side dish per person. With alcohol, as well as everywhere, local drinks, the rest for the money.
We arrived in the evening and got to dinner around 21.00. To say we were shocked is an understatement. Rice (just boiled white), goulash with vegetables (where there are mostly vegetables and among them tiny pieces of beef), their pilaf (with raisins and spices), fish (looks like crucian carp), inside which for some reason again a mountain of their spices (maybe spoiled already) either baked or boiled is not clear. At the same time, just a little bit in such small containers with a lid. Cabbage (2 types of blue and white), sliced ​ ​ u200bu200bcucumbers, tomatoes, grated raw carrots, diced boiled, eggplant and zucchini fried to black on the grill are worthless, containers with incomprehensible sauces, again with their spices incomprehensible. In general, horror.
We decided that perhaps the dinner was over (although it was until 22.00), and everything had already been sorted out. For breakfast, we stood in line for an omelette (such a thin, tiny one), again the same cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant. Okay, this is breakfast. The situation with tea and coffee is generally something out of the ordinary!! ! Waiters pour drinks from teapots. You cannot take it yourself. And in these teapots there is not tea, but simply 3 bags for 5 liters of water. Not to mention coffee. This is slop.

At lunch it turned out that the situation with dinner is the norm. Not only is there no food, it’s still not there, and if there is, you need to stand in line, but it’s not a fact that until your turn comes, they won’t choose all the meat from the same goulash (because there are already enough carrots and zucchini) or they won’t take it all apart that fish. A man stands at the table, and distributes the same tiny piece of chicken. And if you ask the second one, he will kill you with a look. Will give of course, but will send in Arabic. And again the same cabbages, carrots, etc. Fruits - sadness: 2 types of apples, red and green, cut into thin slices, dates are tart, grapefruit and orange are peeled and chopped, but also sour, low-grade, bananas were given once, and half-green melon. All fruits are not tasty, so people simply do not take them.
Alcoholic drinks (beer, wine) - you have to ask the waiter, then wait (at the same time you will finish with dinner), but suddenly you asked for a second glass (!!!!! ), you won’t see the waiter anymore! They bypass you and a dollar and five do not help! I got the feeling that with food there is a clear setting - SAVE!!!!!! ! For all the porosity of the dishes, there is a sign at the entrance stating that 200 kg of food was thrown away yesterday, which can feed 400 people. HORROR!!!
I am also against the transfer of products, I try to take as much as I can eat. But if all this is inedible, people, in the hope of finding at least something, collect (so as not to stand in line several times), and then leave.

In A la carte there was a good assortment of meat on the grill, delicious. And the grilled vegetables look a little better than in the main restaurant. We ate well, with pleasure, but the next day my husband had an intestinal upset. Not a fact due to the food in A la carte, we can only guess, but it lasted 3 days. And we weren't the only ones with the same problem.
